Tomek and his team at Polished Scot looked after our flat in Edinburgh and were fantastic throughout. Very happy to recommend Tomek as excellent cleaning company but also as property management services. He helped us with everything including electrics and plumbing !

The house is cleaned very well and any special requests are also done cheerily. If my usual cleaner is not available I have always had a very good substitute person sent on the day. My experience with Polished Scot in West Edinburgh is very good. They are a bit more expensive than other firms, but worth it for the quality and thoroughness of the work. You know that they pay their staff properly also, so you don't feel like you are exploiting anyone. They are always on time and do a thorough job. If you ask them to do something extra to the usual cleaning routine they are prepared to switch it up. If my usual lady who I am very happy with, cannot come along they put someone else in. I would be pleased to recommend them.
