I have used EST cleaning for My end of tenancy deep cleaning service. I have needed someone who can do professional job and spoke to many cleaning services but Hubert was professional and gave me appointment quick. Definitely recommend 10/10 - he was so great and accommodating. Easy to organise with. Very friendly. Amazing service, he did a great job and didn’t rush. Really made sure he cleaned every angle of the flat. Would hire him and his company again in an instance. Wonderful experience with Hubert EST cleaning service company!

Flawless and over the top! Great professionalism in handling my move out from the flat. The rapid response and fast action was appreciated given I only had a week left and asked many companies for the same service but were unavailable at short notice. Hubert and his team did an incredible job of cleaning out our old flat. They were slightly late for the scheduled time so to make up for it they came to our new flat to pick up the keys, and then later returned them to us. As Hubert saw our previous flat and commented on the quality of the building, he determined to bring in extra employees to ensure that the cleaning was up the standard. We also scheduled this late and were due to return the keys the next day so he committed to staying until the job was complete late into the night. We cannot recommend this cleaning company enough.

Our experience with Est for an end of tenancy cleaning was great. From the moment Hubert arrived I could see how passionate he is in what he does. His goal is to get a well done job and do everything necessary for his customers to get their deposit back. He first inspected the flat to see what work is required. He then flagged any wear and tear that he couldn't fix for us and then gave us his final quote. He then went on to clearly explain everything we need to do to ensure that we get our deposit back as soon as possible. We left the flat and came back 3 hours later to find the property in mint conditions. I would definitely recommend this company, they're friendly, they do a great job, they're passionate and their pricing is much better than other cleaning companies.

Hubert and his team cleaned my flat when I moved out of my property back in March 2020. The team was very responsive to my calls and messages, were able to quickly book me in for an available slot within a few days of me first making contact, and handed over the flat to me in pristine condition. The deposit was paid back in full and no issues were noted, which is what you want to hear from your landlord/letting agent. I particularly appreciate the team’s flexibility, I had been out of the country at the time of cleaning, and the team was happy enough to pick up and deliver the keys to a friend who lived close by. Further, I believe the pricing is very reasonable. In summary, great communication, great quality for a very reasonable price, I would highly recommend!

Our experience with EST and team for end-of-tenancy cleaning for a 2-bed property was great. From the beginning when enquiring about the cleaning service, Hubert was very kind and extremely responsive to messages and he exactly know what the customer needs in terms of end of tenancy cleaning. He came and inspected the property and let us know what all has to be done and shared his advice to ensure that we get our deposit back and gave us a final quote. Trust me their pricing is much better than other cleaning agencies that I have enquired for end of tenancy cleaning and ticked all the necessary boxes from the checklist that agency provided within the final quote. Next day the cleaners came in on time and I handed over the keys and left the property. I came back after couple of hours and I was really impressed with the work that he had done. There were no stain marks in the carpets. Fridge and oven were cleaned beyond expectation. The property was completely spotless. Also, Hubert sent me 20-25 photos of how everything had been cleaned. He was very keen in getting back the deposit for his customer and provides his advice and guidance. I would definitely recommend Hubert and his team for cleaning service. Overall, I will definitely give 10/10 for his work.

EST did an incredible job, and Hubert was really helpful. He sent me a lot of information on my rights as a tenant, and around 50 pictures of the cleaned flat. The letting agents were really happy with the property and I got my full deposit back. Really recommend. I also felt the price was very reasonable, and my letting agent informed me the company they use (and would have charged me for) is much more expensive.
