We have been using Proclean for the past 4 months and they have been been fantastic. The Cleaning Team arrive on time and they are always professional and after a cheerful hello they set to the job in hand, which is always completed to a high standard. We have tried a couple of other cleaning companies before using Proclean and at times felt that we had to ‘finish’ the job, but the standard and finish from the Proclean team is first class.

I’ve used many cleaning companies in my time and have to say proclean did not disappoint and have exceeded all my expectations. I spoke to a lady, Maria I think her name was...she was very helpful and supportive. I explained to her what I was looking for and she was quick to offer a wide range of products and services that suited me. The cleaners always do a complete and thorough job. I used Proclean for the first time today to do an end of tenancy clean before handing the property back to the landlord. I am absolutely delighted with the standard of cleaning, the flat is sparkling and it was worth every penny. I will not hesitate to use this company again and will recommend it to anyone. We used Proclean for an end of tenancy flat clean inc. carpet cleaning and both myself and the letting agency were very happy with the result, there were no issues during our inspection so it was a job well done. Maria was also very knowledgeable when it came to what type of things the letting agency would be looking out for and even gave us tips on how to clean items not included in the end of tenancy clean. We would definately use Proclean again.

The lady i spoke to on the phone took a few minutes to take notes of exactly what i wanted done, explained what was and wasnt included, duration, cost,etc. I liked that detail and the discussion was useful, they wont have any problems caused by vague quotes. When the workers came they had the list of what id asked for and they did it all in the agreed time. They did a very good job, it was my first time hiring cleaners for moving out and i would use this firm again.

The level of service I have received when using ProClean has been exceptional. I started off using ProClean via a recommendation from a friend and following on from my initial End of Tenancy clean - which I was delighted with - I now use their services weekly in my own home. I am fortunate enough to regularly have the same two girls each week, but even when this does change, all of girls are of the same great standard. Maria was very helpful when booking my last-minute short notice end of tenenacy clean. She explained clearly what they did/didn't do for the prices quoted. I was a bit worried, I don't usually hire cleaners but when the two girls turned up, they put any last minute concerns I had to rest. They asked me to check the job done and it was very thorough!
