Had a solid roof fitted to a conservatory about a month ago but wanted some hot weather before leaving a review. Ours conservatory is large (4m x 5m) and it has transformed the room from un-useable in the summer, to one of the coolest rooms in the house. Previously when it was 26 degrees outside, the conservatory would hover around 40 degrees. Now it's around 28 degrees. Delighted with the finish and service from TWS. A couple of very minor snags that were sorted out in a very timely fashion. I also loved how un-pushy their salesmen was. It has been a costly investment, but probably the best money we will ever spend on the house - thanks to everyone at TWS.

TWS have created us a stunning, bespoke cedar clad extension. We are over the moon with the results, it is exactly what we wanted and more! It looks modern and is very well designed and built. My wife and I would highly recommend TWS if you are looking for something more than a standard conservatory. Everyone involved in the project from start to finish, worked hard, were polite and tidy, paying great attention to detail, great job well done!

My wife and I are very happy with the windows we have purchased from TWS. The fitters were real decent guys who did a great job. My only issue was something I was told at point of sale by the salesman and when I queried him about it our call cut off but unfortunately he never got back to me when I messaged him to do so. I eventually managed to speak with Carol in the office and she was great. The rest of our experience has been brilliant and would definitely recommend TWS to anyone looking for new windows.

Had facias and gutters replaced by this company almost 10 years ago. Recently noticed a small piece of upvc trim had fallen away above an upstairs window. More in hope than expectation called TWS, explained the problem and their 10 year guarantee promise. Issue dealt with promptly without any fuss. Thank you TWS.

We recently bought a door from TWS. From start to finish the experience was very professional. The Salesman Mark was extremely knowledgeable of all the products that were available and we never felt under any pressure to complete the purchase, (as it happens TWS were the best price on offer of the 3 quote that I had received.) Neil the surveyor was next to visit you would be hard pressed to find a nicer gentleman The fitters were fantastic they came on time and did a tremendous job. I was so happy with the service that I phoned the companies M.D.(Tony) to explain that the service his Company provided was exceptional. I am more that happy to recommend TWS.

Its now the 3rd time I have used TWS! First time must have been about 3 - 4 years ago to fit a conservatory followed by our windows being replaced last year and now my son-laws last week! Each time the sales consultant was very attentive to our needs, the work was done when it said it would be by courteous and professional tradesmen who also know how to tidy up after themselves! The windows, doors etc fitted are always of very good quality and I have no complaints about them. I would whole heatedly recommend TWS! Thanks Tony to you and your team!

We recently had a conservatory fitted by TWS as we had just moved into a bungalow and needed extra space. We chose TWS as they had fitted a conservatory in our previous house seventeen years ago and it was brilliant and as good as the day it had been fitted when we moved. They were our obvious choice and we were not disappointed. I can’t praise them enough and would not hesitate to recommend them. Great service and great job.

TWS replaced my glass conservatory roof with a lovely insulated solid roof. The old conservatory was too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter. The conservatory is now in full use all year round. From start to finish nothing was too much trouble. 5 different trades in and complete in 3-4 days. We even had another crewe turn up to help in order to get us watertight at 4.00pm -7.00pm. I would highly recommend TWS.

TWS had already fitted the conservatory to the house when we bought it, so we gave them a call when it was time to change some Windows... We agreed a good price, and replaced about 8 Windows including a set of French doors ( we have 5 sets!) That was back in 2012. In 2013 we replaced a further set of French doors and used TWS. In 2015 we decided on a new built up and insulated roof for the conservatory, we only called TWS and got them to do the roof, another set of French doors and 2 Windows at the same time. On installing the new roof, the fitters recognised some 9 sealed units were failing in the conservatory, which at 8.5 years was a little disappointing but TWS replaced all without quibble within the guarantee. I'm a chartered surveyor by profession, and I'm regarded as pretty forensic with workmen. The fact is I wouldn't keep going back to TWS if they didn't do a sound and overall good job. They're typically clean and courteous workmen, they're happy to always snag their work with me which means they don't leave until I'm pretty happy. They have a good "surveyor" of their own who is very experienced and we have Windows fitted which are very sympathetic to our style of house. The new slate style roof is also a very good looking, well insulated bit of kit.

TWS did a fantastic job fitting a conservatory on my new build home. Beautifully finished with quality floor and lovely under floor heating. I had no hesitation is using TWS, they fit windows and doors, then a conservatory and an amazing porch at my last house. Polite workmen ( you have to nag them to have a cuppa and they dont stop work to drink it), cleaned up well, superb customer service. My son and daughter have also used them and had excellent service too. Cannot recommend them enough - thank you TWS.

When we extended our house TWS supplied all the windows and doors. Of all the tradesmen that came to our house during the build (and there were many) TWS were by far the best. They were punctual, very polite and courteous and tidied up after themselves. All the items we bought were very high quality, and my favourite part of the extension is the stunning aluminium bi-fold doors that TWS supplied and fitted. I'd highly recommend them.

TWS have done two projects for me about a year apart, a front porch and an extension at the back. The team is fantastic, from planning to execution to the actual build they were right on schedule, communication was brilliant. They were very accomodating and worked with Northen gas to get my gas pipe moved so my build could start. Each tradesman required was polite, professional and punctual. I hardly had to worry. I am so pleased with the end result I have a fully double insulated room which I am so excited to decorate!

Replaced our conservatory with TWS recently. From the initial engagement with the sales team, through to polishing the new windows!!!.. TWS are professional operators. Their input and suggestions on the design was first class, the negotiations professional and the project planning the best we have had from any developer. Add to that a set of tradesman who are perfectionist, who care about the customer, and it's a winning team. The job was organised from beginning to end with specialist tradesmen arriving at different stages of the job. Regular calls from the office also kept us well informed of the schedule and the whole job was complete within the week. Love the new conservatory with lightweight insulated tiled roof and would advocate anyone thinking of doing similar to give TWS an opportunity. The room is now usable all year round and has become an extension to our home.

From an unused conservatory to fantastic dining space. We didn’t use our conservatory often, it was either cold or too hot, and not really functional. Adjoined to the living room it was separated by a sliding patio door. TWS visited to give advice on our options and we decided to replace the roof and additionally refresh the window frames. We thought hard about the additional cost for the windows but it was the right thing to do as they were old. I’m so pleased we took their advice on that. We felt compelled to write a few lines of recognition for a fabulous job. From the initial engagement with the sales team, through to polishing the new windows!!!...... Just had my windows and door fitted top installation team, sales team very impressed with the work delivered. Couple of negativity’s for those vulnerable people out there please do not fill a satisfaction note until work has been COMPLETED, we were told to do this on day 1 before the work even began which was really disturbing for me as a customer and god forbid if you end up having an bereavement and have to change your date of installation, very poor support on the receiving end.

We recently had the plastic roof on our conservatory replaced with the TWS insulated roof. The whole process was very pain-free, a surveyor came round took the measurements and the roof was manufactured off site. The fitting process a week or so later took 4 days including plastering and all the electrics. The roof was on and the conservatory watertight on day one. TWS were also quick to come round and do any touching up jobs (such as replacing the skirting board were the patio doors had been) afterwards. Spoke to Tony Grindley a couple of times during the process and he seemed nice enough to me!

Our previously cold conservatory has been transformed into a garden room with a new roof and a radiator. Also there is now no noise from rain on the roof unlike with the previous polycarbonate roof panels. I would not hesitate to recommend TWS for a new lightweight roof.

TWS gave us a very competetive quotation, not the cheapest and not the dearest quotes we obtained but somewhere in the middle. After deciding the colour, spec and design we went ahead. We had all our windows replaced by the fitters who did a fantastic job. The information and assurance cover is excellent and gives us peace of mind regarding any future problems. I had a garden room built & a new front door & windows put in my porch. The garden room looks fantastic, it's really warm in comparison to our old conservatory. The work was done to a very high standard. Tws were great to deal with from planning right to completion. The garden room looks exactly how it did in the plans that were drawn out for us. All the minor details were checked over twice to make sure that we got what we asked for. The work men showed up on time & cracked on despite the bad weather. They cleared up after themselves & I was always told what was happening & who to expect next. My room is all decorated now & I'm using it & I really am over the moon!! The same goes for the windows & front door on my porch. They look fantastic & I'm really pleased with them. Thank you TWS.

We had an emergency at 16:15 this evening due to the lock on our 6 year old door becoming stuck, we could not even close the door. PANIC! I rung TWS instantly and within 30 mins, an Engineer arrived and swiftly identified the problem and set about stripping the lock down. We established the Engineer went under the name of Bomber - he was a very pleasant, amiable guy. He was very efficient in repairing the door lock and we are extremely grateful that he was able to do this for us to secure our home once again, but also to TWS for their immediate and swift response to our dilemma. The bonus was we were still in guarantee! We are never usually so lucky! Highly recommended 5**** for both TWS and their engineer!

Quoted by Tyler, other Companies came nowhere near his product knowledge or honest salesmanship. Only reason for 4 stars was due to a late cancellation of our installation date, resulting in a 10 day delay. However, the 2 who came to complete the installation were faultless. Explained fully everything that had been done, highlighted something they would come back to check ( which I would have been none the wiser to, so again - honesty) and gave plenty advice for cleaning/maintaining door & frame. We were quoted slightly cheaper elsewhere, but I feel we absolutely have the best quality door of the range we looked at, the service from every staff member I met or spoke to was exemplary, & I believe that for the long-term peace of mind we have a beautiful and secure door for our home. Have already recommended them highly to others.

First class product, first class installation team with excellent workmanship and they kept mess to a minimum. The windows to the front of our house were the original 1950’s timber framed, single pane, leaded glass windows set in exterior stone mullions but the interior had timber mullions and window frames in a variety of shapes and sizes. From start to finish the TWS team were excellent. Their attention to detail both in the product and fitting were second to none. It's a bit daunting spending such a lot of money on windows especially when there are cheaper alternatives available but we wanted to make sure our home, whilst not a period property, retained as much character as possible so we opted for black aluminium leaded windows to the front and to the rear of the property we had black aluminium but without the leading so as to make the most of our wonderful views of the Wharfe Valley. I am very pleased to say the windows have definitely enhanced the look of our home. We also had to have all new hardwood window sills plus new internal timber mullions and it also involved quite a bit of replastering, so it definitely couldn’t be called a straight forward job! That being said, we are absolutely delighted with the outcome. When the fitting and internal work was finished both my husband and I stood back and agreed it was money well spent. The house is also so much warmer than before. It is such a relief to know that when we come to replacing the rest of our windows there will be no more trawling of companies that could do the work, we will simply go straight back to TWS without a moments hesitation. We are absolutely delighted with the result.

We are absolutley thrilled with our conservatory roof it has exceeded all our expectations. From the rep coming to see us, the surveyor to measure up. The workmen were fantastic. The scaffolding arrived Friday the workmen Adam and Dave came Tuesday Morning removed the old roof and fitted the new roof. They came back on Wednesday morning fitted the tiles and the velux roof vents. The plasterer came on Thursday and plastered the internal roof to an excellent standard and the electrician arrived on Friday afternoon and fitted the downlights. we were kept updated regarding the time that each workman would arrive. After having quotes from several other companies I decided to to use tws. Firstly because they quoted me for the work I wanted and did not try to divert to what they wanted to sell. I told all the firms that I did not want the hard sell salesmen. Only tws honoured this. I found them very efficient,, respectful and clean with top quality products and workmanship. They went out of their way to complete the work with as little disruption as possible. The work consisted of a large porch, extension of the living room and replacing the windows, all of this was a third cheaper than the nearest other quote. Highly recommended, would not hesitate to use tws again. The owner himself visited several times to oversee the work and organised lots of extras free of charge. Ps. This is a very accurate review as unknown to tws, I have worked in the same industry for many years, both in sales and fitting.
