We requested a free inspection of our gutters via the website-response was within 24 hours. Gutters were checked and a reasonable price agreed, Martin then cleaned them out and also carried out a repair as well as pointing out a gap between the gutter and roof which was rectified at our request all at one visit. I had booked in for a couple of weeks time but asked for an earlier appointment as we had a leak following heavy rain. Michelle arranged for Martin to come out the same day and take a look. Martin was very professional and took photos of the guttering and showed me exactly what needed doing, I was given a quote and offered time to think about it. We had an ongoing problem with a leak in our orangery guttering which was running down the exterior wall causing a damp patch. After several unsuccessful attempts by the instultaion company, last year we asked Martin to see if he could fix it. He did the job immediately explaining to us what the problem was. He even found a broken roof tile and fixed that too. We have had no further problems. Can highly recommend the professional and friendly service we received.

We had our conservatory cleaned and all windows, gutters and fascias too. They hadn't been done for a long time and the conservatory was really bad, pretty embarrassing to be honest! It came up the best i'd ever seen it and Martin did a great job and even went out his way to go next door to make sure he did every last bit. I had my gutters cleaned, fixed and sealed today by Sudell Co. I was very impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the chap that came. He was very helpful and even corrected one of my loose tiles whilst he was up the ladder. I had put the job off for sometime as it was difficult to find a company that could clean and fix the guttering as a service and when I came across their website I thought I’d give them a try and was glad I did. I could not recommend Martin and Sudell Services Ltd more highly - after seeing an advert in a local magazine I called them on their free phone number. An inspection visit was arranged for the following day and to my surprise, despite it being late on in the afternoon, Martin did the work there and then. Everything was thoroughly explained and he even took the time to point out a few other issues that I could look to resolve. The work itself was done efficienly, professionally and carefully at a very reasonable price. The work is guaranteed although I have no concerns that the issue will return! The leaking gutter has been on the "to do" list for a while and I've been putting off calling someone out fearing high costs. We live in an age of using the internet for most things in life now. When our guttering was damaged in recent storms it was to the internet that I went seeking help. Of course this conjours up fears of rogue companies overcharging for needless work. With hand on heart I cannot fault the service provided by Sudell Services. The repair they made is more an upgrade to what was there before and I have great confidence that I will not be using their guarantee.
