Amazing top class company, I ordered a couple of new water fead brush heads from them to replace & upgrade my current set up for my exterior cleaning buisness. Not only was they extremely competitively priced, they kept items in stock & dispatched the order same day, well packaged & even though I was expecting 3 working days it arrived the very next day. I contacted this company for some technical information regarding pressure washers. The agent I spoke to was extremely knowledgeable on the products and was fully able to answer all the questions I had in relation to them. After the call I placed an order for a Kiam pressure hose, and upon receipt found I had ordered the incorrect one. Having realised the mistake was on my part I contacted the company again to discuss the problem with them. Without any hesitation they agreed if I placed a further order they would send the correct part out immediately, and once I return the original item, a full credit would be arranged. The new correct hose arrived the next morning. I was extremely impressed by the professional and customer orientated way this company dealt with my original enquiry and order. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Great heater. Arrived promptly, easy to assemble and works brilliantly. We had supper in a gazebo on Saturday night with 4 friends, had the heater on 1kw and everyone was as warm as toast. Good that we can turn it up to 3kw if it gets colder. Shame the price is going up hugely. We bought at £129.95 but first saw it two weeks earlier at £109.95. i see it's now £189.95. Still worth the money though compared to others with are over £300.

Bought an Aquarius contractor for some upholstery work at a large commercial job I got. On starting up, the machine was leaking. On contacting Equip2clean, they immediately explained where the leak was coming from and explained how to fix it over the phone (simple lose connection during transportation). Couldn't recommend enough for aftercare team.

Best to look at one of their websites equip2clean.co.uk , equipmartuk.co.uk, Kiamproducts.co.uk were you can view all the products they sell along with videos. Dont forget their products are more powerful than retail products and are all reduced well below lost price. You can also get new lances and hoses for makes of pressure washers etc again much cheaper than the likes of b&q
