The house is always lovely and clean when I come home, and if there are any changes (to the day that Gabriela is coming, for example), Julia always checks in advance. Julia has been sitting for my two cats as well, and they love her! She puts little videos and pictures on Facebook, so you can see how they are doing while you are away. Very pleased!
Just wanted to update this. I am having to leave Julia and Cleaning Zoo as I am moving to another part of London. I have been using Julia for cleaning and cat sitting for 18 months, and she (and Gabriela) have been fabulous! The house is always cleaned to a very high standard, and the cats are immensely pleased to see her. I would not hesitate to recommend them, and only wish they would move down to my new location with me!

Julia has also seen us through a move between flats and did a full clean (including carpets, windows) to such a high standard that the estate agent actually asked whether we had really lived there, as the place looked like it was brand new. I am so glad Julia dropped that Zebra printed card into our mailbox, it couldn't have worked out better for us.

c. L.Cleaning Zoo have been cleaning our flat for a month now and it has never looked cleaner. We are a family of four and when one of the team arrives the place is often messy as well a quite dirty. In the past, cleaners have just thrown things all over the place to get them off the floor so the place can be cleaned (I don't blame them). Julia and her team however clean thoughtfully as well as thoroughly. Things are always where I'd expect to find them and the place has been cleaned in places and ways that I didn't even realise were possible.The different cleaning options they offer are well thought-out and the business is professional and well organised. I can't recommend Cleaning Zoo enough.
d.We booked a last-minute cleaning service on the weekend and received a prompt answer from Julia that it would be doable in the next few hours. The result was excellent, with an eye for detail. Super clean and everything was tidied up. Perfect five star rating, definitely again.
