A huge thank you to Louwrida and her team for the excellent end-of-tenancy clean they did on our house. The cleaning team were very thorough and worked hard to bring the house back to its former glory and all done with a smile! LVB cleaned a flat after tenants moved out. I was unsure whether it was worth spending the money to have it cleaned professionally as it looked quite well cleaned by the tenant. I have a rental property that really gets a battering from messy tenants that take very little care of the flat. By the time they moved out the place looked horrendous. LVB did some true magic on the place. I could not believe the transformation. You could eat off the floor if you wanted to. The place was just immaculate. The appliances looked brand new. I had used another popular chain cleaning company in the past and I was hugely disappointed. LVB’s attention to detail is very impressive. Could not recommend them enough.
