Since the my orignal review below, the company did contact me again and offered to come back and do the floors free of charge. They came back and they did a good job, which I was pleased about. We also had a conversation around why they floors weren't done, to do withe the top down cleaning system. ie floors done last and they ran out of time. The owner was trying to make good of the situation so I do commend them on this. I would not recommend this company at all. Completely overpriced and I ended up with a house that had no floors cleaned and they wanted £150!!! I had been upfront with my house stating it had not been cleaned for a while. They were also able to do an assessment when they arrived and we agreed to pay a low priority to the bedrooms. I came home and had an item broken which they failed to tell me about and a floor that had food on it. It had not been touched at all. If you see visible food, etc on the floor, that takes priority over a shiny faucet, which was what seemed to the priority. It was a joke. No one wants to come home to dirty floors!!!!! I was a very stressed mum trying to finish a full time Masters and just needed help. I didn't get a good job done of the things I expected. They also missed the tops of some cupboards etc, so it doesn't seem their system works too well. I do not believe the two girls there worked on separate jobs. Think they did the same jobs together. Two girls for six hours and they couldn't mop the floors!!!!!! AVOID!!!!

Really nice outfit. They showed up uniformed and equipped and did an amazing job. We messed up on the arrival time but the office was able to re-schedule to suit us. Nice experience. Will use these regularly going forward.

MyHome cleaners were very professional, did an excellent and thorough clean, including pulling out sofas (and finding a cushion I had lost!) and wiping down woodwork, and finished on time. They were quiet (I work from home), efficient and helpful, asking me to check before they left if I was happy with the job. I couldn't recommend them highly enough and will definitely be booking them again.

The 2 cleaners turned up on time and worked really hard - when they say deep clean, they mean it! The house is now absolutely sparkling and a pleasure to be in. The women were very friendly, extremely professional and did a fantastic job. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Been with Myhome for nearly a decade and would not hesitate to recommend their service, especially if your home also is partially your work place. Myhome is about detail - this includes the quality of the cleaning products used - no nasty chemical odours in a clean house.

I used MyHome Cleaners for over 5 years & was very happy with the trustworthiness & friendliness of the teams who came to my house. I also appreciated the flexibility, in that I was able to let them know when I was going on holiday & wouldn't need their service. There were occasional blips when the girls came at odd hours (probably due to sickness cover) & I found that sometimes they were so quick that certain standard areas were not cleaned. However, I recommend them, with the advice to be very clear about what you want done each time they come despite there being a schedule which they bring with them.

I'm really impressed with both service and cleaning standard. Lovely ladies, very prompt, reliable and friendly. They bring all their own cleaning products and kit and just get on with the job. More expensive than engaging a cleaner independently but I like the flexibility to cancel or change times without feeling like you are letting someone down. We've also used their handyman twice who has helped with small tasks you struggle to get a regular builder to do - put up IKEA, fit shelves, etc. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely FANTASTIC!! They’re quick, prompt, pay attention to details and had my place looking and smelling amazing! I booked them on short notice as my other cleaner canceled last minute and they were able to switch some things around to get me in. Thank you! Amazing job will definitely be using them again in the future.

Just came home from our family holiday to find that the Myhome team had been in and as usual have done a perfect job. I had forgotten to cancel them before I went and am glad I did. There is nothing better than getting back from the airport in the early hours to find your home immaculately clean and a place of sanctuary. Thanks to the MYHOME team.

Our Tenancy Clean was amazing. The team arrived on time all in smart uniforms with all the gear that they needed. Once they finished, they double checked everything and presented me with an "End of Tenancy" certificate that I can give to my new tenants to prove the clean and encourage them to do the same when they move out - class!

I had Myhome do our After Builder clean once the builders had finished (finally!). Myhome were super organised and the team of 4 arrived on time and fully equipped with all that they required for the job at hand. By accident broke a small ornament - the office simply reduced the cost of the clean to compensate for the loss - very efficient. Will look to take them on for a regular clean going forward.

The reviews were great overall so I booked a standard clean + carpets before moving into a new rental. They were easy to deal with & replied promptly on booking. But the standard clean was only ok (some gaps that are so obvious I didn't think to check at the time eg loos weren't touched!) but the big disappointment was the carpet cleaning: I wanted a major clean as the carpets were in a state but as the flat is on the 3rd floor/no lift myhome said if they couldn't get the bigger machine up they would do the lighter clean and deduct £10. Sounded v reasonable. But the cleaners simply turned up on the day with the lighter machine. Language barriers meant I didn't register this so had no opportunity to cancel. The carpet job poor - they looked exactly the same afterwards. So much so - I booked again with a different company: this cleaner readily brought up the larger, professional machine, was charming, efficient and did an amazing job. Carpets look like new - and a day later still smell and feel fresh. And best of all - cheaper than myhome even with £10 off!!! My advice - if you actually want the carpets cleaned, avoid myhome and check out Fantastic cleaners instead. I know I will from now on. Following this review, MyHome refunded the price of the 2nd carpet cleaning service I paid for and also took steps to make up for the other cleaning issues. I really appreciated the fact that Niall proactively got in touch to try to rectify the situation and kept in touch to make sure this happened. This is a rare level of customer service - he turned a negative experience into something positive. I would still recommend the 2nd company for carpet cleaning though - it was cheaper and more effective.

Really Delighted with my super myhome ladies. I just started using myhome in my N16 home in June and have been delighted with how they go about their jobs. They are always happy and helpful. They are a little more expensive but I would still recommend and have done!

I booked a end of tenancy clean for my 2 bed flat. Generally did a good job but my landlord complained that the carpets hadn't been cleaned properly. I called Niall to rectify this and he offered to send a team to steam clean as soon as possible. Great response I thought but was then charged £75 for the steam cleaning. I also asked for the fridge to be emptied and that wasn't completed either. When I spoke to Niall, he appeared defensive that this had happened. I gave 2 stars because all round it wasn't a great experience.
