I’ve used various window cleaning companies over the years but was always disappointed as they never cleaned the plastics. I came across Paul and when he called to survey the windows I explained that the plastics are as important to me as the windows, he agreed and I have been a very happy customer for months now! The text to let me know when they are coming and the payment system is an added bonus. I would highly recommend Paul and his guys to everyone who wants sparkling clean windows and plastics!

Have had PK Cleaning since I changed from window cleaners who were using ladders to clean my upstairs bay windows. The ladders were damaging and marking the new rendering I have on the front bays. The only time I contacted PK was to say they had not cleaned the small side window at the side of the house. It is easy to miss as it is at high level, but they have always done it since I mentioned it, so no problem really. They do a good job and they give value for money. I would personally recommend them, as I have to some of my neighbours who also use them now.

Really impressed with the service and standard of clean. Not just windows but also cleaned sills! Really professional making sure all gates closed after clean and no fuss. Would highly recommended especially considering the really good prices for the level of cleaning provided.

They have cleaned my windows for several years now and always turn up when they say they will. As my side gate is locked, I get a text the night before to remind me to unlock it (never had that level of service before from my previous cleaners!). I had my gutters cleaned last summer and again I cannot fault the level of service. To top it all they offer a really easy way of paying...can't ask for more.

Nice to find a local business that can offer the service you want and need. They don't put everyone into the same box of "we will come clean the windows weekly as that is traditional" they adjust the service to meet YOUR needs. Fantastic job, so much so I recommended them to my mum who has never used a window cleaner in all her 70+ years!!!!

Paul's assistant did a fantastic job of cleaning my windows great to see they have been cleaned properly at last ! As other cleaners were not very good or just didn't turn up. Very pleased with the clean well done PK Windows & crew ! Top rate job done !

Windows are cleaned properly, you can arrange the frequency of cleaning and PK will let you know in advance when they're coming. The payment scheme works really well as you don't have to be at home to pay nor do you pay in advance. Recommended!

After having difficulty getting a window cleaner in the past, we have been very pleased with PK cleaning. The windows are cleaned regularly and always look very good. We have some windows which are awkward to get to and these are cleaned just as well as the rest. Very happy with the results.

PK cleaning gives notice prior to coming for the job and they r fast, get the dirt off the doors too . The windows remain sparkling although my concern is, a little attention is needed for top window ledges, otherwise happy with the service and will recommend to others .

Windows are lovely and clean. No messing they just get on with the job. They text you the night before saying they will be coming. They leave a card through the door saying they have been. Payment is made through the bank no messing. Great service very pleased

Good service and a great clean - IF you have UPVC windows. Our house is half & half, and we have had some paint scrubbed off some of the wooden frames (ok, one was not in perfect condition, but even so). Our wooden front door has also been looking worn around the putty and glazing due to the washing technique. They're not always very clever if you have an open window either, on one occasion washing regardless and soaking stuff inside (my son's books on his windowsill). I would have closed the window had I known they were here, but they never knock (I guess they assume you'll always be out). In short, they're really good on UPVC, and if you always close all your windows while out / if you see them coming.
