I just wanted to make clear how much we value the Sentex cleaning staff and the contribution that they make to our working life here. They are constantly on the lookout for anything that isn’t perfect and just do stuff without us having to ask. I’ve seen them walking between jobs, form one area to another and stop and clean a mark off the floor, just because they saw it on the way to their next task. The work recently has been particularly challenging because we’ve had painters in and the carpets are being changed so furniture is being moved all over the place, but as soon as they have access to an area they couldn’t get to before, they’re straight in there cleaning it. They always check that no one is on a conference call in the office before switching on the hoover, and it’s things like that which make them really easy to work with. I’ve experienced cleaning services by other companies over the years, but haven’t seen anything that compares to these ladies.

From my initial contact with Sentrex, i have been impressed with not only their customer service but also their understanding of our business needs. I did not expect, nor did i receive from other cleaning companies such an in depth consultation. Sentrex have obviously done their homework when it comes to how they present themselves to the customer. Due to the very professional approach, I expected Sentrex to outbid themselves, but again, they surprised me when they turned out to be one of the lower quotes i received. I moved forward with our contract, dubious that the high standard shown throughout the bidding process and by the management team would not be represented in the end product. I was very wrong. Sentrex have been excellent at all levels of the organisation. Very pleased. Long may it continue.

They provide an amazing service with exceptional value for money and communication has always been great. The Management team and all operatives are very responsive and helpful and we feel that we can always rely on them to response quickly and effectively. We started using Sentrex back in June 2018 for cleaning our offices and Welfare Facilities. From the start , asking for a quotes to them being on site the overall experience has been good.
