Very professional from start to finish! Faz arranged a time to come and give us a quote (which was very competitive) and didn't try to push anything as some contractors tend to do. After confirming everything, Faz and his co-worker arrived at the time we had combined and did a great job, even providing us with before and after photos (we had no idea our gutters were so dirty and full of moss). They cleaned everything up after they finished the job and we can honestly say they were very thorough and friendly. By the way, Faz is one of the calmest guy I've ever come across! He's easy to talk to and really, really polite. We'll definitely be using his services again!

Faz and his colleague provided an excellent service in clearing the blocked gutters and down pipes and repaired a couple of misplaced roof slates. We recently had Faz round to clean our gutters and roof and to treat the roof tiles. Faz responded to our enquiry really quickly and came round to give us a quote, which he sent over to us promptly. We could see from when he visited to give us the quote that he was very thorough and took pride in his work and so we decided to go with him straight away. Faz sent us a plan for the works so that we could easily see what would be involved and when he was planning to carry out each step, which we found really helpful. He did a fantastic job and we can't fault any aspect of the work that he carried out or his customer service. He answered all of our questions and nothing that we asked was too much trouble. He even went to the neighbours to let them know what work he was doing to give them the opportunity to move their washing etc! It is also worth noting during the current situation that he did all of this whilst observing social distancing guidelines, which was great. Our bungalow was covered in moss and was highlighted on our survey to ensure it was removed. I sourced several quotations and decided the Wolf BMS was the contractor to use. Faz came on time and when he said he would and wore all the protective gear so I knew he wasn’t a cowboy! Whilst he worked he kept us safe during the lockdown and never once entered our property. He cleaned the roof to a fantastic standard, it now looks like a new roof and cleared all our guttering, unblocked our drains and he repaired several broken tiles for me. By luck Faz at Wolf Building Maintenece was working on a neighbours house just as we needed some roofing work doing (minor jobs). This was very good luck. Firstly Faz is a truly delightful and humble human being. Secondly he is complete and utter professional. To put it bluntly I will never need to search for a roofer again.
