We have been using this company for several years to regularly clean our home. From the very start we have been very pleased with the service provided. All the staff members are fully competent and very professional, nothing is too much trouble and they often go above and beyond that which is required. We have also used "Mini Maintenance" for small jobs around our home including repairing the hose on our dishwasher. Again we have nothing but praise for the service provided. A reliable company, professionally run.

We have been using A Fresh Start for our weekly clean at home for the past few weeks now and cannot recommend them highly enough. Our cleaner Judith is lovely and our house has been absolutely immaculate every time she has been, whether its been on her own or with one of the other girls. Every attention to detail is made and our home looks extra shiny every time she leaves. Cyndy was also so friendly and helpful when initially arranging for someone to come and start our cleaning and has always got back to me whenever she has said she would. I'm so glad we found this great little business.

We have just stayed in Lodore, Freshwater and I cannot rate A Fresh Start highly enough. We had amazing support and help from Cyndy and team. Cottage was absolutely spotless, very well maintained and it was just great to have team come in half way through holiday to change bedding and refresh bathroom towels, dish cloths etc. A perfect holiday, thank you to Cyndy - we shall return next year.

We were impressed with the high standard of cleaning carried out at our holiday cottage , with great attention to detail including immaculate kitchen utensils. Cyndy was very good and friendly to deal with giving us the confidence that nothing was too much trouble for her company. I have had Kai do a few jobs for me around my flat from putting up shelves' rail for my steps, moving a bed and starting my blokes car when the battery was flat. He is such a hard worker and so trustworthy I would recommend his work to anyone.

I am the property manager of a block of flats that A Fresh Start clean on a monthly basis and I can hands down say they are one of the most efficient, attentive cleaning contractors I use. They have worked for us for over a year now and they achieve a high quality clean on each visit and keep the block looking its best. Stay at The Haven holiday house, Ventnor. Upon arrival, my family and I were very impressed by the standard of cleanliness and general upkeep of the property. A nice welcome pack awaited and all useful things, such as dishwasher tablets etc. were provided. My son left behind one of his favourite toy cars at the property, which Cyndy is going to return to us at no extra cost - great service. Cyndy was very easy to deal with prior to and during our stay and provided us with some useful information on places to visit etc. Many thanks to Cyndy and her team.
