H. A.I can't recommend Compass clean Oxford high enough! They are professional, flexible, understanding and excellent. I've booked them to do end of tenancy cleaning but as I was still moving my stuff out on the day they were able to come the next day instead to carry out the work. T. C.We have been working with Rubens and Compass Clean for nearly 2 years now and we have no hesitation in recommending them. They manage the cleaning services for several of our properties in Oxford. I have read the other negative reviews below and I don't believe they represent the company correctly, for a couple of reasons - firstly, Rubens is still trying to establish a foothold in the Oxford market, and his prices are therefore very very competitive but he has to juggle his cleaners around (some of whom are relatively new and not as experienced) and therefore sometimes they miss things. It is only human! However, Rubens is always contactable by phone and gets those minor issues resolved as soon as possible. Hence, I would rate them very highly for reliability and customer service. Quite frankly, I think the people who have rated them negatively below were expecting a Ferrari for the price of a Ford Fiesta. If you're looking for a competitively priced cleaning service in Oxford and understand that humans can sometimes make mistakes, then you will find Compass Cleaning's offering to be brilliant.
