U. B.I started using them back in November and the cleaner hasn't been out to clean since. Was told that they wouldn't send the cleaner back out until I paid the monthly fee. I called to pay over the phone and they charged me for November through January, which I did not have a problem with as long as the cleaner would be sent out to clean. Joanne then told me I need to set up direct debit before they can clean my house EVEN THOUGH I HAD PAID FOR DECEMBER AND JANUARY. How are you going to charge me in advance and then tell me I can't have services I paid for already? In their welcome letter it even states that direct debit isn't required. They refused to refund my money. I actually called to set up direct debit and they still were giving me a hard time.
Edit :
I decided to give them 3 stars instead of 1. This whole thing could've been avoided if they would've just refunded my money or sent the cleaner back out to clean. If you have an issue with them and can't get it resolved with them through email or phone, I'd recommend leaving a review for a prompt resolution.

Most importantly we had rescue dogs and this was not an issue, despite the fact that we know they bark a lot.
