Great service. Fixed our 2 dysons.. a replacement hose on our old dc04, which was great because dyson dont do them any more, and a new handle for our big ball absolute. Friendly and efficient and not too expensive. Highly recommend

My mums Dyson was making a terrible noise and would stop working after a few seconds. This was fixed without any fuss, and quickly too. Good service, very efficient

Had thought our small vacuum might be heading for the bin particularly has Dyson repairers are few and far between in Cornwall. I found this quaint little shop who delivered a high quality repair for a very reasonable cost. Only downside they don’t accept credit cards.

Took my Dyson cylinder cleaner in as I wasn't sure if it needed a new trigger head but not prepared to pay out for one in case that wasn't the problem. Engineer there took it all apart and cleaned and lubricated all working parts and is now as good as new. And all for a much cheaper price than a new part or at worst a new vacuum. Highly recommended.

I was very pleased with the service I received for the repair of my Electrolux vacuum. I had called in to the shop prematurely on the off chance it had been repaired, (it hadn't) , they went out of their way and repaired it there and then so I could have it before lockdown. I cant praise them enough. its now working like new again 😊

Great service and price. I took my grandmothers old Dyson vacuum cleaner here because it was making clattering noises, the handle wouldn't stay up and suction had almost ceased. It came back working like new and looking almst as good at a fraction of the cost of a new Dyson. Excellent!

I took my Vax carpet shampooer to have it serviced as it was not sucking up the water.I had tried a large number of other places but none of them would accept my Vax. I contacted VCRS & the person on the phone was very helpful & told me to bring it in the next day which i did. Thy took my deposit as part payment & took my phone number. I was expecting to have to wait several days for the work to be completed & get it back, but to my surprise i received a phone call later the same day to say that it was ready for me to collect. Great service & highly recommended.

Brilliant! Took my Dyson in as it wasn't quite right, and they serviced it and got it working for me within 24 hours. Very pleased. Would recommend and will definitely be using them again.

Excellent service Affordable & Quick. Our Bissell shampooer stopped working So these guys stripped the machine diagnosed the fault & called us with a free quotation. We went ahead with a new pump replacement & full service , & the machine now runs perfectly We were advised to take the machine back in 12 months for an annual service which we will definitely be doing. Dear Customers , As you can see a member of public has left a Derogatory review on our otherwise shining review pages . Please do not be put off by this review as the person calling himself 'enabled steam' & an apparent guide for Google arrived at this business without a mask & when asked to use his mask with an extremely aggressive attitude towards the lady owner and her Son . He was told to leave because of his behaviour & after pushing his way back into the shop again without a mask covering , Causing himself to trespass , Devon & Cornwall police had to be called and a full report provided . Please know Aggression towards Staff will not be tolerated & necessary action will be taken to eject problematic people Especially under the influence of any substances . Google reviews currently will not allow removal of this incorrect review due to there policy & current Covid19 situation and unmanned customer service desks. Throughout these crazy uncertainties during Covid19 We Will try to remain open & maintain our usual service to the public. Kind regards Please stay safe

I have just had my hoover serviced by this Company which I will say was in a terrible state when it went into the shop. When I collected it I was very pleased. I was as good as new again. A great find from Google, took my faithful vax to this little hideaway which was playing up, within an hr I was told what the problem was given a very exceptionally good price and had a call the following day to say its already.. will definitely recommend.
