Excellent service from first contact onward - Cleanup Cleaners did a great job with our end-of-tenancy clean! They deep cleaned our bigger than usual flat from top to bottom and left it in better condition than when we first moved in. The landlord was happy and impressed at the level of cleaning. As a bonus, my husband now agrees that it will be a good idea to get cleaners come in every now and then for a one-off deep clean!

Kelvyn has been a saviour during my end of tenancy in Reading. He saved couple of 120 miles trips by collecting the keys and handed over them to the Agent after cleaning the apartments..with NO issues at all.. Exceptional service, i would highly recommend.

After having a very poor experience with a previous cleaner, I have been so relieved and impressed by CleanUp Cleaners. I have used them for the past year and have been so impressed with the service. The house is always wonderfully clean, a vast improvement on previous cleaners and the price is so reasonable. The team are very reliable and never charge for hours if the work doesn't need done. Cleanup Cleaners guaranteed that the clean would pass the end of tenancy inspection, so this gave me the confidence to book. Kelvyn's communication before the clean was excellent, and he turned up on time. At the time of checkout with the estate agent, Kelvyn came back to catch any issues the estate agents could spot. A fantastic experience all round- firstly we received a very competitive quote for an end of tenancy clean of our oven and bathrooms. We had tried ourselves to clean the aforementioned and was told by our landlord that it wasn't good enough. After Clean up cleaners had been the landlord could tell that the work had been done professionally. Therefore there was no deduction in our deposits! The staff were excellent and were able to come at a very short notice and where very Accomadating! So asked cleanup to do an end of tenancy clean with carpets. Got the most competitive quote around and went ahead. Clean was completed to and impeccable standard and was very happy. The inventory clerk came to the house and noted down imperfections, this was out of spite i think. Cleanup went to the house free of charge the following week with the estate agent and was happy to put wrongs right. Needless to say there wasn't any just a disgruntled inventory clerk.
