Had a number of window cleaners over the years and BH Exterior Cleaners are easily the best. Very thorough. Clean both windows and window frames and sills. Everything looks gleaming when finished. They also clean gutters, so will be using their services for that in due course. Also ring or text well before arrival which is very helpful. Highly recommended.
