I was very worried about using a professional cleaning company after my friend stopped cleaning for me because of all the usual worries - high value items in the house, having people in my home I did not know, worried about the standard of their work because I am very demanding etc. I can say with absolute honesty that Glow and the staff have been amazing, we are about a month in and I am happy to leave the girls in my home on their own and I know I will come back to the house being spotless. They are a really lovely team and very professional. I pay quite a lot but I do not consider them expensive as I get excellent value for money and they always accomplish so much in the timeframe they have to work in. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am and would be utterly lost without their service.

I use this company for an Air b&b property I have. They do an enhanced clean on changeover between guests. Melinah is lovely and very accommodating which is needed in this line of business as bookings come in quickly and all year round. I have had no issues or complaints from my guests up till now it has been 2 months so far and it has been going well. I have to say, I have never seen such a beautiful made up bed! I can't make the bed the way they do and the washing comes back clean and ironed and smelling better than in hotels which is brilliant for my guests! I'll review again after 5 months but so far it is going really well and the small touches Melinah does just makes my holiday home feel like a hotel.

One of my friends recommedr this company so I called them for a deep clean as I work full I do not have the time to clean and my house was getting to messy my friend had also trusted the staff and said I could leave the key and let them clean from her experience and I cannot reccomend this company enough. Two girls came in and they did a fabulous job and when they first saw me they were smiley and kind. When I came back home it was like magic I could not believe the amazing work they did they did not take anything and I had lots of change laying on the floor and they cleaned it up and put it in a bucket. I defentiflly trust them and will defo book another appointment soon aswell as reccomend to my other friends. Thank you for the team in glow home service.

I would highly recommend this service - Melinah is incredibly friendly and immediately made me feel at ease with her professional manner. She was able to fit me in at very short notice and arranged for carpet cleaning on the same day. She and the team were all really friendly and did an excellent job. As a really nice extra touch she got my partner and I a card and flowers to congratulate us on our new home (we had the cleaning done before we move in). She's also very communicative and quick to respond to email, all round a really high quality service.

This is the first time I have used Glow Homes and it was an end of tenancy clean that I asked for. I found Melinah a pleasure to work with she was professional and very helpful and the standard of the clean was very good. Can honestly say I'd use this firm again. Two came to my 3 bedroom house to give it a thorough clean before my husband and I moved in.We had building work done on it,and everywhere was quite thick with black morter and splashes of plaster. Can highly recommend this firm. Will definatly have this firm again if need be.

Glow Home services did a fine job in cleaning our 5 bed home prior to sale. The house was cleaned impeccably from top to bottom, and we were very pleased with the end result. There are many firms out there offering 'home cleaning services' - but this one is by far the best that we have experienced, and do exactly what they promise. We also found their pricing to be very competitive, which is the reason we would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a home/office cleaning service that do what they promise at competitive rates. Nice to deal with to boot - can't go wrong!

I've used Glow Homes for the last several months and I've been more than happy with the service provided. In addition to high standards of cleaning, I praise Melinah and the staff on their professionalism, attention to detail and clear communication skills, (this day and age, the latter is just as important than the primary service itself....for example, I receive a reminder of my appointments confirming times and any possible changes. This is extremely useful to me as my days/weeks can become extremely busy). I will look to continue to use Glow Home services for the foreseeable future as they have gained my trust (which is important within a service such as this), and have managed to continue to maintain a high standard from outset. I would strongly recommend using Glow Home services. Ask for a quote and make an assumption for yourselves. You haven't got much to lose.
