Where do I start. Helen has been cleaning for me for a year after we lost our cleaner in the first lockdown. I had been trying to find someone else but had been let down by a couple of other people. As soon as Helen arrived I knew we would be in safe hands. I love a clean and tidy house but Helen takes it to another level; her attention to detail is amazing. The house is always sparkling after she has been. Knowing that we have her at the house every fortnight is such a bonus. She is always smiling and happy to help. I would not hesitate to recommend her for not only for cleaning but also house tidy ups and sort outs. You would be lucky to have her!!!

Helen is quite honestly in a class of her own when it comes to cleaning. I couldn’t be more impressed or recommend her enough. I’d even go as far as to say we were staggered by Helen and what she’s achieved. She’s truly amazing. We employed Helen to do a deep clean of our house before starting regular domestic cleaning. From the outset she was friendly and with a clearly experienced and professional manner. Simply put, Helen is a true pro in her field and has a standard of work and an eye for detail that I’ve never experienced before. To say she goes the extra mile is putting it mildly. She works on her own initiative, working methodically and meticulously through the house to standards that exceed expectations by a considerable margin. If you can imagine Monica from Friends multiplied by 10 you might be half way to understanding the standards and care Helen takes at work! Helen really cares about doing a good job and at the end of each day, she would send us amazing before and after pictures of what she’d achieved. I honestly didn’t realise my house was that bad but I’m embarrassed to say the pictures proved otherwise! The difference she’s made to everything from taps to carpets, windows to mirrors, showers to toasters, is incredible. Even the most inaccessible corners of a shower door that had a build up of mildew and limescale is now dazzling clean! Simply outstanding. On top of that, Helen goes the extra mile by tidying and rearranging things into better and more visually appealing or convenient positions. She’s got the most incredible eye and as well as finding clever hacks for things, she’s great at passing on advice of how to get the best out of things. I’ve had cleaners before and always thought they were good. It’s only when you have someone truly exceptional to compare to do you realise what a truly skilled and talented cleaner can do. I, for one, am thrilled to have found her and would recommend her to anyone.

Count on HER gave me some invaluable advice. My 5 year old had kindly drawn all over his bed with permanent marker 🤦🏻‍♀️ and I had tried all my usual cleaning products and white vinegar and nothing was shifting it. I asked Helen for her advice and she was very quick and responsive and suggested the product, where to purchase it, and how to apply it. I’m happy to say it worked a treat!! Completely removed all traces of the marker. Very happy customer and would highly recommend Count on HER for all your cleaning and organising needs!

Helen worked as our housekeeper at our holiday home on Lower Mill Estate for just over a year. She had a most professional attitude to her work, was 100% reliable and we were delighted to leave the cleaning and preparation of our home for rental guests in her capable hands. She always left the house spotlessly clean, tidy and elegant for our guests. She would alert us of any matters that needed attention which was extremely helpful. Helen responded promptly to texts and emails and also offered extra help e.g. purchasing household items for us or arranging any repairs. She was quick to help if any unexpected issues arose e.g. returning items guests left behind - on one occasion pulling out all the stops to return a laptop to one absent minded guest who only realised it was missing as she boarded a plane home! Helen is a talented, dedicated and diligent professional.
