E. G.I used N Clark for the first time this week following recommendation by neighbours. I did not get comparison quotes, so I cannot comment on how competitive the price is. The window cleaners were on time, and very courteous. Ryan explained everything to me and went to great lengths to clean our skylights, which were very difficult to reach. I am very happy with the result. Teresa in the office followed up with a courtesy call to check I was happy. Excellent service.
C.These guys were the best. They came on time, clarified quote- it went up a touch but I expected that due to difficult access. They got on with it and completed the job within 45 minutes. Couldn’t have asked for a better job to be done. Highly recommend.

went above and beyond to access all windows,
and even went over one again that needed a little extra TLC.
Windows are sparkling and I'm a big fan!
You cant beat hand cleaned windows.
Not the cheapest service, but I say you get what you pay for and hassle free professionality is worth it.
Previous cleaners from other companies left smears, complained about access, and had issues with parking and water supply. Who needs it??

Top Tip: Do not book Monday’s for work to be carried out as the re-schedule / cancellation policy means you have to give 24 hours notice. However, the office is not open over the weekend and if an emergency crops up and you need to re-schedule a Monday appointment you will be charged full price.
Example: I became ill on a Sunday but as the office was closed could only contact them on the Monday morning to re-schedule for later in the week. Despite me being ill I was bluntly told that I should have called on the Friday even though I had no way of knowing that I would fall ill on the Sunday. Furthermore, I would be charged the full amount if I re-scheduled plus the full amount again when they came on the revised date.
I had no option but to let the cleaners come in whilst laid up in bed otherwise I would have been charged twice.
Due to the rigid stance I have given a 4 star rating instead of 5
