The very nice girls who came to clean our apartment clearly did not have the training or proper equipment to clean our empty and relatively clean flat. It's not their fault- they showed willing, but the management was just not good. The oven looked like they had just wiped it with a damp sponge, the floors had spots where there were visible stains, they didn't hoover inside the closets, the drain covers in the showers weren't wiped, and some rooms hadn't had the skirting boards wiped. My husband and I spent two hours cleaning the oven and gene re-cleaning after they left. The other thing that was upsetting is that they were forced to stay in our home by management (like hostages) until their 'madame' had confirmed our payment had gone through. We have not received a receipt, even after requesting it. 3 our of 5 because the girls were sweet and because some of the cleaning, like the carpets and bathroom surfaces were done properly.

Best Cleaners Surrey did two 'after the builders' cleans to deep clean a two bedroom flat in Guildford, and the results were excellent. The team of three people did a thorough job and took care to catch everything. I really appreciate the hard work and wonderful results.

Company sorted a Deep Clean and Carpet Cleaning of a 3 bedroom house which had been empty for around 5 years. Needless to say it was a real mess. A team of 4 cleaners arrived and they got stuck straight into it. They were friendly and professional and done a great job on what was a difficult project. Highly recommend them. I have already booked them again.
