N. B.I am an owner of serviced accommodation apartments and Fine Clean take care of my guest change overs and deep cleans. Often I have guests that book VERY last minute or have requirements that make it very difficult to turn a room around in short notice, especially on weekends. Fine Clean have without exception leapt into action and not only have been key in me being able to successfully manage this side of the business but the cleans are always to an A1 standard; often the guests reviews mention the cleanliness of my apartment.
Added to this Fine Clean have never missed or been late to an appointment, their booking platform is straight forward and easy to use (which is great seeing as I have bookings coming in all hours of the day and night, not just business hours).
The part of the service I have the highest compliments for is the level of communication. Gabriel and the team are always on the other end of the line to help resolve any issues with booking amendments or guest requirements and are incredibly responsive.
I would recommend to anyone who requires a cleaning service for their business and are looking for a top notch, professional partner that delivers 100% of the time.
