I recently bought a SMEG TR103IBL (Victoria) & was unable to find anything in the manual or online about removing the glass of the oven door to clean the internal panels. I live in France which made it doubly difficult to find an expert. After various online searches I came across OvenMagic & asked if they could possibly help. Kevin replied within hours of my email & provided full instructions with lots of hints & tips. This gave me the confidence to have a go & I have now successfully removed & cleaned the oven doors. I was extremely impressed with the service provided all of which was free to me & I just wished I lived close enough to employ there services to clean my range cooker as it’s a job I hate. My double oven Smeg was horrendous - almost embarrassing. Kevin and his colleague created what can only be described as Magic! They spent two and a half hours giving me a brand new oven cleaning off layers that I thought was impossible. Kevin responded to my email enquiry almost immediately and turned up exactly on time. We also had builders in and they worked efficiently around them. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Don't hesitate to book them!

My oven gets a lot of hammer. It was filthy. The glass at the front was massively spattered with burnt on brown spots. The remainder of the inside had burnt on black stuff. The bulb was also broken. I have previously used Oven Pride to do it myself and it's OK but then the foul chemicals destroyed the pipes under the sink. The results with Oven Pride are OK but not spotless. It took the team about an hour and my oven is cleaner than when we bought it. I was expecting good but this far exceeded my expectations. As for the bulb they charged me three pounds. I doubt I could have bought the bulb for that and done it myself. Top marks all round. Paul in South Birminghsm.

To be honest my Oven was in a bad way and we we're trying to sell our house. I rang OvenMagic who came along next day. I left them to do their thing, taking trays out to the van and cleaning the Oven etc. while I looked after my two children. The end result was amazing, looked almost new. Kevin has been cleaning our built-in oven/hob approx 4-5 years. He has always been on time/date and always has a proffesional attitude to the work he carries out. He always leaves the oven/hob in pristine condition looking like it has just been installed from new. When finished you would not even realize that he had beeen there, protecting floors/work surfaces.
