So far so good. Mark is incredibly professional, an outstanding communicator (this industry is marred with poor comms and bold unachievable promises). We had an install carried out by another company, who then went bust, and Mark and JMR are the only engineers who have kept their promises in terms of appointments, deadlines and directness. We still need to have the work carried out, and I’ll write an additional review then, but so far, these guys have been amazingly helpful and have given us trust in this industry once again.

We absolutely recommend Mark for all heating and plumbing requirements, including recently a full bathroom refit. Mark is highly qualified, exceptionally knowledgeable, with a wide range of practical skill application. It was a pleasure having Mark about the house undertaking the work we required. A genuinely nice young man, he worked efficiently and neatly, communicating any issues that arose with us and how best he could resolve them. As a retired couple, a new bathroom fitting was alien to us, and Marks’ knowledge helped shape where pipework and units could fit. His experience highlighted practical issues that we would never have thought of. The bathroom is beautiful and exactly what we wanted, a testament to Marks good communication, understanding and skillset. With competitive pricing up front, which came in as quoted, there was no huge additional extras, often a worry in any building work. Very professional and a good hard worker.

Improvements made to current heating system, using recommended IMI Valves Eclipse 15 for our rads to improve system efficiency, house warmth & reduce costs. Excellent Customer service, Mark is very knowledgeable and experienced and worked quickly, safely & tidily and checked our system fully after installation. Would highly recommend!

Mark installed an air source heat pump for us to replace an old oil boiler. He clearly has exceptional knowledge of his trade and was very responsive from start to finish. He was always happy to answer my questions and has made sure that our ASHP is going to work perfectly. He’s done a fantastic job and I’d recommend him to anyone.
