T. H.My boiler was playing up so I was stuck with no hot water. I called Mark who talked me through how to get my boiler working again even through he was not working on the day. Very helpful, he went out of his way to help me, excellent service, I will be recommending Mark to all my friends and family.

A.Mark was an absolute hero! Boiler stopped working, and after some enquiries with various companies, was expecting to be with out hot water or heating for a few days at a minimum.
