The installation of a central heating system, boiler and bath at our property was carried out with the utmost professionalism and care. Jerome Williams' company delivered an excellent service from start to finish, always with outstanding attention to detail and we would not hesitate to recommend them. There is no doubt that having this kind of work is a major upheaval to your home, but every day with out fail Jerome and his team tidied, vacuumed and left our house in a very fit state to enjoy our evenings. Each morning they were punctual and arrived on time with everything that was required, all the people who worked on this project were friendly, polite and respectful. Above all there was a clear commitment from Jerome to completing the job both on time and on budget which he did exactly and to a very high standard - we're delighted with the work and wholeheartedly recommend Jerome Williams Plumbing and Heating!

I have booked Jerome twice now, first for a boiler service and most recently to fit a Nest Thermostat. Each time Jerome arrived promptly and was courteous and very tidy (he places covering on his shoes before entering the property - nice touch!) Jerome replaced our old understairs boiler with a new Vaillant, re-siting it to the loft in a particularly hot July week, provided a new gas supply and changed 3 radiators. The job was fairly priced and from quote through to completion Jerome was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly with a keen eye for detail. His work was to a very high standard and he took great care to minimise disruption, keeping the house clean and tidy during the work. We would have no hesitation in recommending Jerome and will be using him to carry out the annual boiler service when it comes due.

I couldn't rate the service I have received from J Williams Plumbing and Heating highly enough. Jerome initially came round to assess the situation and was extremely thorough and knowledgable. He ordered the parts I nedeed straight away and kept me up to date on expected delivery dates. As soon as the parts were received Jerome came round to fit them. Jerome was very mindful of cleaning up after himself and I would never have known he had been there. Jerome, came round to fix a boiler a previous plumber said he couldn't fix. Unlike my previous plumber, who just seemed to upwell at the first sign of problems, Jerome and his team stuck at it and worked endlessly to fix the issue and save the cost of purchasing a new boiler. Even though it was no long winter and they were super busy, Jerome came as zoo as the part was delivered just so we could have hot running water as soon as possible. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend JWilliams for any boiler or heating needs.

I had a small leak in the boiler/central heating system which two other plumbers had failed to find. Jerome found it, putting an end to several years of the boiler constantly loosing pressure. I would highly recommend the company. Reliable and polite, every time I have used them.

Having done such a great job installing a new combi boiler in our flat in Brighton, I asked Jerome to come to our new house in Haywards Heath to look at a long standing problem with a leaking pressure release valve on our un-vented hot water system which had been problematic since installation. Jerome diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently (the expansion vessel was fitted incorrectly). The system is now drip free. I should point out that the original installer and 2 other plumbers failed to remedy the issue. Will use J Williams P&H every time from now on. Very happy.
