Always punctual and nice people with a can-do attitude. I use them because they seem highly trained with up-to-date knowledge. I only use Plum heating as I fully trust them. Also the receptionist treats you as an individual and is responsive.

Connor and the team did an absolutely fantastic job of refitting our bathroom. We'd been told by three other plumbers that it was impossible to put a shower in without bricking up the window but Connor was able to move the bath and put the shower in without having to do so. Really reasonable prices and punctual as well. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service from the extremely efficient Sandy. Highly competitive quote. The plumber was professional, worked really hard and looked genuinely excited when he realised what the issue was. We've used them once and we'd use them again - what's not to love? PS. The toilet that was blocked for 5 months is flushing and clearing magnificently.
