James fitted an air source heat pump for us. He was highly professional, on time, good communication and very clean and tidy. His knowledge of the air source heat pumps is excellent and he was very willing to answer all our questions. He also had an impressive ability to fit a lot of equipment and pipe work in a small space! We fully recommend him.

I had been interested in replacing our gas boiler with an Air source heat pump for a while but was concerned whether our property was suitable and was nervous after reading a lot of scare stories in the press. James did a thorough survey and was able to come up with a plan that suited us as well as answering all the questions we had. He clearly has excellent knowledge of the product and real attention to detail which is critical if the installation is going to work out. The installation itself was very smooth and apart from a couple of tweaks at the start i can honestly and happily say that we have noticed little difference compared to the old gas boiler (other than that our energy consumption and bills will be lower!) Highly recommended!

Sussex Heat Pump Systems were brilliant from start to finish. We spent a long time looking into different solutions for replacing our old LPG gas boiler and gravity fed water system. After contacting many different companies, British Gas, Octopus etc and looking into many different options, we came across James at Sussex Heat Pump Systems. He was great from the get go. Thoroughly explaining a heat pump to us and how it could replace our old system. He worked with us to come up with a plan that suited our preferences for relocating water tanks, placement of the unit and upgrading radiators. Everything was incredibly smooth and efficient. James was also very communicative and prompt in all his responses. We found that in hindsight that was really important to us. Taking on an alien new technology can be quite daunting. James made the process so much easier. We're incredibly glad we went for him over one of the big players in the home heating industry. It was big decision for us to decide to invest in replacing our gas central heating with an air source heat pump, particularly when moving into a new property and all the stress and decisions that brings. This company has just completed the full installation of an Air Heat Pump System at my property , the whole project was completed to my entire satisfaction , the work was completed without any fuss or bother and certainly there was no mess or water leaks , at any time .
