DHS installed a new Worcester Bosch system boiler in the garage, converting from a old combi in an airing cupboard upstairs. David was great, talked through the options and provide a competitive quote for the works. The installers, Richard and Nathan took pride in their work and did a tidy job. One year on Ian carried out the first service, he clearly enjoys his job and was happy to take the time to explain the checks carried out. A nice company to deal with.
The service has been excellent from the first phone call through to invoicing after the job. Martin was professional, listened carefully to the issues we had and solved them quickly. He was so helpful and took the time to show me how to maintain the boiler pressure. We'll definitely be using them again.

The surveyor explained all the options open to me and then provided a quotation. The engineers who attended to install the boiler were polite and courteous.
They kept the disruption to a minimum and tidied up afterwards.
All in all a pleasurable experience.
DHS installed a new Worcester Bosch combi boiler for me but failed to let me know that the one I quoted for wasn't available, I only noticed this after installation when it was too late to do anything about it. The new boiler was similar in specification and DSH have refunded the difference in price. This second minor complaint was during the visit for the quote and again on the day of installation I asked for the filter to be fitted underneath the boiler so I could at some point box the boiler in a cupboard. Not sure why but the filter ended up at the side of the boiler, with the plumbers having to return a week later to reposition it. So not the best of experience's... the quality of work was good with poor communications being my only complaint.
I have nothing but good things to say from start to finish. A tenanted property of mine had a faulty boiler and was condemned by the engineer working for my insurance company just before christmas. No one had availability but after the holidays I called and they were in to do an inspection right away with the boiler being fitted the following week. They are extremely responsive and Marie and Darren are a credit to the company. I can't speak for the engineers as the tenants arranged access but if they were anything like the remainder of the people I've dealt with I'm sure they're also great.
I have been using DHS for years to service my boiler + any associated repairs and they have always done a really good job keeping it going despite its age. This year we finally bit the bullet and decided to have a combi boiler installed. DHS gave useful advice about where best to fit it, and provided a really great service in putting it and all the associated infrastructure in. They left the house lovely and tidy at the end of each day, and did a very neat job of installation. I'd definitely recommend their services.
I was very happy with the service provided. Competitive quotation, then friendly, accommodating and efficient team who did the installation. During COVID it was going to be tricky but we managed to be safe, secure and respectful of each others space! Would definitely recommend and will be using for my servicing in future. Great team.

I had a boiler fitted by DHS a while ago which I have been really pleased with; the boiler is reliable and energy-efficient and the installer was polite, knowledgeable and professional. I was, therefore, most relieved to find out that DHS offered a plumbing service as well, as I had a couple of tricky jobs owing to limited access. The plumber, who was also professional, knowledgeable and friendly, sorted out these plumbing problems for me with a positive and cheerful attitude. I was delighted with the work and would definitely recommend DHS.
Very happy with the boiler service carried out by the engineer. He was very thorough and obviously knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his job and the company. Would highly recommend and will be getting our next service from them.

I emailed DHS and Marie responded within 10 minutes, directing me to one of their workers, Darren. I then rang their company number and Darren talked me through getting the water pressure up and changing the fuse, all within 16 minutes. Very impressed!!! Excellent quality of service and very professional, consistent with their service 8 months ago. My go-to company for everything boiler/heating related.
Been using DHS for years and they are always very professional and complete work to the highest standards. They installed a boiler for me a few years back and have just installed a walk in shower for my elderly mother. Service was great and all completed within the cost and timescales agreed.

Have been using DHS for a couple of years to service my boiler. Nick is super efficient, helpful and prompt. I have also been having an issue related to my upstairs neighbour affecting by boiler and after Nick came out to fix - within a couple of hours - dhs followed this up by providing written and video evidence to help with disput with the neighbour. Ivan, who i have also spoken to a couple of times gave advice and support over the phone and a follow up email to help me with the issue. Such a great company who i would highly reccommend. Friendly, professional and basically brilliant!
Absolutely brilliant service. Was originally quoted £300 from a local company to supply and fit a new pressure switch for our boiler. The two men who quoted this also said that they wouldn't be able to fix it for a week. We called DHS and they were able to tell us exactly how much it would cost (£115!). Our engineer, Darren was with us within a few hours of calling and his service was so quick and efficient. It's nice to have our faith restored and know that there are still great companies out there who won't take advantage of your plight!
Top quality service and professionalism. Had a boiler service that was very comprehensive. The serviceman was also happy to have a quick look at some other underfloor heating issues and gave us some good advice. I would definitely return to them for servicing and more if needed.
DHS repaired my 92 year old Dad's boiler and I was very pleased with their service. I live in Australia and my Dad lives in the UK, I organised the work with them by phone, they were on time, very happy with the chap who came,
who was respectful and tidy. They even helped my elderly Dad out by bleeding the radiators after the repair, as he was having trouble doing it himself.
Their office is very responsive by email and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, my experience has been very good. I didn't think they were expensive and I was very happy with their service.
Had two new radiators fitted by DHS. Whilst the staff were friendly, the fitting itself was disappointing with one radiator positioned a long way from the wall to fit existing pipes despite changing radiator size - the end result looking rather ridiculous. Would have preferred this issue to have been highlighted before the work so new pipes could have been incorporated into quote. Dissatisfaction raised at time of fitting and when issue raised with sales staff, quoted a rather hefty £180 to come back out, empty the system and reposition. End result - nice staff but overall disappointed with work undertaken.
We had a broken radiator, we booked in a repair but the lady provided some advice to try prior to the visit. It worked instantly! She cancelled the repair and DHS actually saved us money!
Will definitely keep their number saved in case of future issues, clearly a company with honesty and integrity.
My boiler in my tenants house failed right in the middle of lockdown leaving them with out water or heating. Darren at DHS replied promptly and managed to get someone to the house within a day. I suspected that the old boiler would need to be replaced which was confirmed by Darren. He replied quickly given me all the options and booked in the job within a week. The tenants confirmed that they arrived at the job promptly and were very professional leaving the house tidy when they left and that’s job itself was way tidy and neatly done. I am very grateful for DHS’s help at this time to make the process as simple and straight forward as possible. I will definitely be using their services again. Excellent customer service given by Gas Engineer Nic, went above the call of duty, very friendly, and explained every step of repairing my boiler, kept site clean and tidy, I felt very reassured at all times. I would recommend DHS, I was overwhelmed with the customer service, many thanks.
I did have a cover plan with 24/7 home rescue, they told me I needed a new boiler, this clearly was not the case, I would NEVER RECOMMEND 24/7 Home rescue, I went to DHS and I only needed a few simple repairs, and NOT a new boiler as told by 24/7 home rescue. Can't praise DHS enough, well done lads!
I'm so impressed with Dynamic Heating Services. They replaced our boiler when it died over Christmas and New Year last year and they have just serviced it this year. The boiler replacement was straight-forward and DHS were really easy to deal with. The boiler service was the same - easy to arrange with a polite and knowledgeable engineer - also it was much more comprehensive than the ones I've had in the past from British Gas.
Excellent service from this company. Darren took time to listen and analyse what could be wrong with a rather complex new system installed by someone else. First problem solved during visit and he's confident the other one will be too once heating switched back on! I would recommend and will continue to use them.
I phoned to ask about repairing a low water pressure issue with our combi boiler and was told how to solve the problem over the phone within 2 minutes. Our previous company said this issue would require calling out their service engineer to fix in order to rip-off their customers. I definitely recommend this company for their honesty and integrity and will use them in future.

They came when they said they would and completed the job ahead of the original plan with everything tidied up and working perfectly. They were great. New boiler they recomended is fantastic, really quiet after the old one, and the best shower we have had in years. I would definitely use them again.
Marcus our engineer was fantastic, as was his apprentice Lewis. Very professional, told us step by step what they were doing when fitting our new boiler. Kept mess and disruption to a minimum. Explained how everything worked before they left. Would definitely recommend, and will definitely use them in future!
Always helpful, and always eager to help and rectify problems. Never had a bad experience with them, and when things haven't been perfect they have been straight back to make sure it is.
Lads are all friendly and knowledgable, and happy to talk through options with you.
Can't comment on price as my landlord picks up the invoices, but he keeps using them, so they can't be too bad!
DHS installed our central heating boiler in 2010 and serviced it every year since. The engineers have always been most helpful and we have not had any problems. We would have no hesitation in recommending DHS.

I really recommend DHS, I woke up one morning with no heating and hot water and my boiler was leaking quite bad. I called DHS and they had somebody with me within a hour. The engineer was well presented and very polite, he explained everything as he investigated my problems. I needed a few parts ordered to get the boiler working and DHS turned this around in 48 hours and at a reasonable cost. I couldn't have been more happier with the service I recieved. Thanks to DHS and their prompt attendance!
DHS replaced and relocated my boiler from an an awkward spot in the kitchen to the loft. From the initial enquiry through to the last day of installation, they were very knowlegable and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
