I am really pleased with our Solar installation, the process and the professional manner taken to complete it. I had 12 panels, a storage battery and inverter all fitted in a day and everything was left very clean and tidy. Jay and Paul explained everything very clearly and any follow up queries have been dealt with straight away. It was a breath of fresh air after being badly let down by another company previously. I would not hesitate to recommend this company if you are thinking of having Solar Panels installed.

Great service. Had our boiler replaced and some new pipework placed due to a drop in pressure from the gas meter. The team talked us through the whole process and were very quick to get the job completed to a high standard. We've also had some new radiators installed, which look great. Very happy with the service and would recommend to friends and family.

We first contacted Gas Safe over two years ago to provide a quote to install a new boiler and upgrade the heating system in our property we had just moved into. The quote they provided was the most competitive of the four contractors we went to. They did a great job with the install and were in and out in a matter of days. Over the last two years we have gradually renovated the property and have used Gas Safe for all our plumbing, heating and bathroom upgrades. They even came to the rescue in short notice when I put a nail through a water pipe! They have always done a great job and Adam Stafford in particular has provided a personal service throughout. It has helped with him being a single point of contact, managing each stage of the various works we have had done. Would highly recommend.

The service I received was fantastic, what could have been quite a stressful experience was made very smooth. They responded quickly to my query and arrived in a totally advisory capacity to begin with, so I didn’t feel under any pressure to make a decision on the spot. The office guys and engineers were helpful, friendly and well organised and left no trace that they had even been there. Gas safe managed to come the day my boiler started leaking, which meant I didn’t have to wait and worry! The gentleman that came and assessed the boiler was fast and fitted a tap to stop the immediate leak, the next day two lovely lads came and replaced the boiler, they were speedy and polite and they left the kitchen superbly tidy! I was worried because I’d been on night shifts but I even managed to get some sleep whilst they worked as they kept noise to a minimum and were very efficient. I’d hugely recommend gas safe for their prompt service and amazing staff. Thank you for fitting a new boiler!!

Most professional service we have ever used. After being completely disappointed by our boiler cover, who were unable to tell us when someone would be coming and unwilling to cover the fault under the plan we paid for, we decided to google another local company, found Gas Safe as the top rated on google and found out why! Called on a Thursday to report broken down central heating, fast and friendly response on the phone. Knowledgeable and up front about costs, told an engineer would attend from 12-5 the next day on a friday (would have been same day but a part which would be needed had to be ordered). Engineer (Ross) attended at exactly midday, PPE worn and social distancing safety measures observed, which was reassuring. He quickly explained what needed to be done and how he would fix it and was even able to assist with a leaking radiator valve and quotation for moving some radiators, which we wanted to get done. Overall couldn't be happier with Gas Safe as a company and the engineer Ross, who was professional, courteous and friendly and adhered to current pandemic safety measures. Would recommend to anyone, don't waste your time like we did with monthly Boiler plans, they are a con as they don't pay out for most of the most common faults and find ways to wriggle out of paying for repairs (check google reviews for the most common plans if you don't believe me!). Better off putting the money aside yourself in a separate fund and using a reputable company like this one. Thank you Ross and Gas Safe for fixing our heating within 24 hours of reporting the fault on one of the coldest days of the year!

Gas Safe were brilliant from start to finish. They came up with smart solutions in each of the spaces they worked on and the work is high quality and neatly finished everywhere. Communication was excellent. Response to the unexpected was excellent. We had gas boiler, central heating and plumbing work and would recommend for any of these areas. Cheers guys, great job.
