We booked plumbco for a boiler service and gas safety check, and I was absolutely delighted with them. They are busy (understandably so) and so you will need to book in advance, but they came punctually, were professional, friendly, tidy, efficient and thorough. They found my gas emergency control valve was stiff and made recommendations to resolve the situation quickly and at no cost to me. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and intend to do so for all future boiler services.

Blown away by this company. When my boiler stopped working on a weekend and they were already fully booked, they came round within an hour, identified the issue (which was very unusal and to do with electrics) and gave excellent free advice. I asked them if I needed to replace my boiler but again they gave me the ultimate money saving option by reassuring me it would be fine with just a few tweaks to my system. I would 100% recommend PLumbco Heating, they were kind, intelligent and fast to help me.

Brilliant company , explained our options, gave us a quote, booked us in to have the work done . Able to come a day earlier and carried out the work within one day including repositioning of boiler and flue together with the adapting of pipework to suit the new position, and putting in pipework for condensate extraction ! Have to say dealing with Plumbco was a delight and could not have been easier. Following an enquiry via the website I was contacted and within a good time as well as making an appointment to come and survey at a very convenient time for both my wife and I. Arron carried out a very thorough survey and made some very useful recommendations, not least a Hive control as we are back and forth to our summer house very often allowing us to control from a distance and to turn on or off if we had forgotten. We were that comfortable with Plumbco that we went away when they did the work and returned to both an excellent installation, going beyond the initial spec and dealing with some tricky cutting of a slate covered wall and a house that was immaculate, the guys that did the installation cleared up in a very professional manner behind them. I would have not qualms whatsoever in recommending them to anyone, being in my 60's does make me more than a little critical (according to my wife) but could not find one area in which I could criticise.

Really good reliable company nothing to much trouble even after fitting a later to be found faulty boiler. They had to get another new boiler the next day which they did even though they were in short supply. The second new boiler was fitted the next day which worked perfectly.

My Central Heating Boiler was condemned on Wednesday 10 Feb 2021. Arran came and visited me the following day to quote me for a boiler replacement. The quote was competitive. Recognising the urgency of the situation (as it was minus 3 degrees) Arran undertook to fit a replacement boiler the next day. Arran's fitter Paul arrived on time on the 12th at 08:00 and departed at 18:00 having worked solidly all the time. His work was first class and he was a very pleasant and amiable fellow. I was very pleased with the response time and quality of work. Thoroughly recommended.

The boiler broke down and a heating engineer attended that evening. Unfortunately, it could not be repaired (we knew this was likely, as it was around 15 yrs old and had been repaired twice previously). A new one was installed within a week. The price was a reasonable fixed price, staff were polite, helpful and tidy and it was a very efficient service to be recommended.

I cannot fault this company, from Aaron doing the initial assessment and listening to what we required, simplicity being the key factor, so advice from him was key. Price was very competitive. On the day of installation James and Rob turned up on time, explained what they would be doing first, listened to me of items I wished to keep for my brother in law, could not accommodate more, were very clean and tidy workers, polite and explained on how it all worked at the end. Luke joined them on the 2nd day and he also was every bit customer focused and polite. The gentleman who came to take away the rubbish swept my garden and was also a credit and conscientious with his job. A full credit to the whole team beginning, installation and end clearing up. Having been messed around by various companies for months, I was pleasantly surprised when Aaran turned up on time and said he could remove my water tanks from my bedroom and fit a Worcester Bosch combi boiler the next week. I checked out their reviews on Trustpilot having been the victim of rogue traders in the past. Billy and Luke turned up promptly and worked very hard but the job needed an extra day. Aaran came the next day to check that Luke and Robbie had completed the job satisfactorily. All of my concerns were listened to and dealt with quickly and efficiently. Aaran goes the extra mile to ensure you are completely happy with the service. The office staff Jonathan and Heidi are also helpful and efficient. I have nothing but praise for this excellent company and have no hesitation in recommending them.
