Was initially put in touch with Grant by a work colleague a few years ago to install a boiler - very satisfied and continued to use for annual services. We then moved last year and needed advice around installing new heating and hot water system, better shower etc. Grant listened very carefully and then made suggestions, submitting a very thorough quote. The work was successfully carried out and it was good to see him and his workmate recently for boiler’s annual service. Excellent communication and follow up, which is always appreciated. Totally trust his honesty and level of knowledge. Like the way he explains his recommendations. Such a relief to have a heating engineer you can depend on to be fair, reliable and clear.

Grant replaced a toilet and did his usual professional job. He arrived on time, worked quickly and tidily, cleaning everything before he left. Because he was so trustworthy I asked him to do several more heating system jobs, the latest involving major re-piping under the upstairs floorboards in order to remove old flexible pipes. He did an excellent job despite encountering difficulties and the system is now working really well. He is such a friendly and reliable person - I recommend him highly.

We employed Grant on two occasions: first to install a boiler and update a downstairs cloakroom and the second to provide plumbing for a dishwasher. On both occasions, Grant was approachable and keen to make our vision a reality. He problem solved so that we could have heating in our cloakroom- something other plumbers had said was not possible and so that we could fit a dishwasher in a very limited space. His system of keeping the customer informed of when he will arrive is impressive and he was always quick to respond to queries.
