Twenty years ago, Colin came and fixed our old central heating system whenever it broke down. I have never forgotten how kind and helpful he was so, when the shower needed replacing and replumbing this week, my first choice was Vauxhall Plumbing and Heating. Colin was brilliant once again. Less than a week from enquiry to job done. He is very knowledgeable and gave me some advice about several other things wrong in the house, when I asked. I will definitely be calling for his help again.

After a recent annual British Gas service visit from an engineer, they placed an advisory “Do Not Use” notice placed on my boiler the engineer said I would be contacted to arrange a repair within 48 hours. I heard nothing within the next 24hours but managed to make contact via their website “Chat” room to find that the earliest they could repair was in 7days time. I could not live without hot water and heating for that length of time so I looked for a local plumbing and heating company that could offer an emergency service. Thank goodness I contacted Vauxhall Plumbing & Heating because Colin said he would be around later that day and within hours he had visited, decided what was required, arranged to get the parts and returned the next the next day to fix it. . I was extremely impressed with the knowledge, courtesy, reliability, and quality of service I got from Colin and Vauxhall Plumbing & Heating at a very reasonable cost. I was so impressed that I decided to use them to do my annual service in the future and asked him to do some work on the central heating at my son’s house, which he completed very quickly. If you are looking for honest and realistically priced quality plumbing and heating work from a reliable company then, from my experience, I would say you should consider using Vauxhall Plumbing & Heating.
