Had 2 radiators installed which required new pipes to be fitted. The work was carried out in a timely manner whilst to an extremely high standard. Also had a sink fitted the whole job took around 3 hours to complete. Would highly recommend and will be using for all future plumbing!

The service Richard has provided for me has been absolutely brilliant and I can't rate him highly enough. After suffering a boiler failure yesterday morning he has diagnosed the fault, sourced the part and carried out the repair in a touch over 24 hours from the first call. He's delivered on his promises, been polite and courteous throughout, taking care to explain things as I've asked, and hasn't broken my bank account. Give him serious consideration if you need work doing!

We have just had a new commercial boiler installed at our business. I was in charge of facilitating the change and Richard was professional from start to finish. It started with the quotation which was highly detailed and listed every aspect of the work to be completed. A date and timescale was agreed and the work was carried out promptly. We did have other quotes but were most comfortable with Direct plumbing & heating as the system they offered the most efficient and suited us best. The whole building 40+ radiators have never worked so well and we have individual controls for each area (3). A big thumbs up from everyone here for everything that was done !!!

Excellent job done by Richard. Got us going with a temporary fix when our oil boiler broke down then replaced it with a new boiler a few weeks later. A very pleasant man to have around and an extremely hard worker. So glad we found him!!

I don't write reviews very often but had to about Direct Plumbing and Heating Services. We had a problem with our old boiler when we got back from holiday. Direct Plumbing attended and diagnosed the problem quickly. A new part was sourced and fitted the same day. Fantastic service all round, Thank you *****

We needed to upgrade out boiler to a new combination boiler. Out old back boiler gave up and we decided to get it changed. We called Direct Plumbing as they give free written quotes. Richard attended and his knowledge of boilers and different systems is exceptional. We opted for a Baxi Eco Blue with a 10 year guarantee ( cant complain at that !! ). Our new boiler was speedily fitted with little upheaval and the old back boiler removed. Thanks Direct Plumbing ***** Edit ..... My parents are also now having their boiler replaced by Direct Plumbing
