This is my 2nd purchase from Futura Direct, 1 via eBay and my second purchase direct from their website to purchase 2 Electric Throws, Unfortunately 1 item developed a fault, so I contacted their Customer service via email. After a couple of days ( it was close to a busy Christmas period, to be fair) they responded, saying I was to receive a full refund for 2 Throws, (even though, only 1 was faulty) and within 24 hrs, the refund was in my Bank. Not only did I not have to return the faulty item, but they even allowed me to keep the other Electric Throw. I can honestly say, I genuinely cannot fault their Customer Service. Well done! 10/10 Regards

Excellent service for the Terratek battery strimmer. Initially no response (phone still Covid N/A msg), but email ('futuramail') OK. Ordered new strimmer direct, and they included the required replacement part for my old one, so now I have two ! Get your phone-line open, Futuradirect !

What an amazing company!! I bought an outdoor heater from them on Amazon. 6 months down line it stopped working. I contacted them to see where I stood. No questions or quibbles! They immediately offered to replace. Received item within a day!!! So rare to get such outstanding service after they have your money. Would 100 percent buy from them again!

Purchased cordless grass strimmer last august and was very happy with purchase used several times no issues. On trying to use it after winter wouldn't or couldn't hold charge so I found the battery had leaked and was at fault. I asked the question is covered under product guarantee so I Contacted futra direct via email on saturday 27/02/21 and by 01/03/21 had reply saying new battery was being dispatched asap , I can honestly never experienced a more quicker response, excellent customer care recommend you try this company for electrical tool needs.

I bought a slimline heater for a gym room at home.I purchased it in November 2017.It worked perfectly until I had a problem with it in February this year,for some reason it would not turn on.I contacted Futura and asked them about any guarantee,they advised that the particular heater I had bought had been discontinued but when I purchased it it would have had a 2 year guarantee so they sent me out the new model at no charge and I received it by 11am the next day. Outstanding customer service, nothing more to say! Ordered a drill that worked very well for 6 months and developed a fault. I emailed customer services late on Friday night and by Tuesday I had a new unit delivered.

Blanket controller stopped working on 2 year old purchase. Futura sent a replacement by courier within 24 hours. Replacement would not fit the blanket as the manufacturer had updated to a new model. Futura apologised and offered a full refund or a new blanket. Fantastic customer service which many others would struggle to match. Thank you.
