After lots of research and scratching my head UFH1were recommended to me by a heating engineer friend. UHF1 were very helpful from the beginning recommending the best system for me. The system was no bother, I fitted the insulation and flooring myself in 2 days (150sqm) - my heating engineer took 3 days and I decided to pour the floor screed myself with a friend as this was also very easy, this took 1 day. I could even walk on it again a few hours later. The surface flooring I have used did not require further leveling screed saving me time and money. I have used low tog underlay and engineered oak flooring. The results and performance are amazing! I know it costs a bit more than a radiator system but I would never want to go back. I only wish I had done this upstairs too, but then again the radiators are not on much as the underfloor heating is the main heat source for the house. I would strongly recommend Underfloor heating and using UFH1.

I had very good experience with Rob and Emma from UFH1. I used their online form to submit my request for a quote/advice and I was very positively surprised by what I got back. The quote was very nicely put together, very detailed. When I decided I want to go ahead Rob provided me with very useful and well made drawing (which you get a large format printed copy of). The delivery was super quick. The retrofit kit I went for is very good quality. Everything fits perfectly, the manifold is tight and robust. Overall I'm well happy with the service and I'd definitely recommend UFH1. 5 stars!

A great experience! The company installed my underfloor heating about five years ago. The install was of a high quality. We recently experienced a problem with the system and the response of the company was very high quality. The company was extremely prompt and customer-centric in all of their engagement with me and the repair was completely promptly and to a very high standard. Recommended via a friend of mine, sent my room dimensions in, received a complete CAD drawing and they put together a comprehensive package for me. They even give me an option of a budget system or a premium system to suit all budgets. They talked me through additional extras over the phone and 4 days later the whole kit arrived. Well packaged complete with a very detailed instruction guide on how to install. I laid and clipped 300m of pipe in a day after preparing the floor and 4 days later the screen top went down. All i have left to do is connect up the flow and return and allow the screed time to dry. Very impressed with the communication of all staff over the phone. An absolute pleasure to deal with. Phase 2 - Living room and front extension coming soon!!

I purchased an wet underfloor heating system in 2012. It has been fantastic. Just recently i had a problem, called plumbers called electricians all to no avail. Last resort i phoned Damian fearing the worst. But to my total surprise he was more than willing to try and help. Over the next few days with photos and phone calls even out of office hours we were able to not only locate the problem but to fix it and at very minor expense. He total restored my faith in humanity. What brilliant service especially after so many years. He really did go above and beyond the call and expressed genuine concern not only in trying to find a solution but in the cost of fixing it. I can not reccommend them strongly enough. If only other companies took their customer service so seriously we would be in a far better place. Than you again Damian much appreciated.

We used this firm for supply and installation and all way through they have been nothing but helpful. The installation took one day which was a Sunday but stayed until the job was completed. We had underfloor heating fitted by UFH1 2 years ago when we were half way through a barn conversion project. From the very first meeting I found the company very professional but also very approachable and easy to deal with. Quotations were measured and given quickly and the fitting teams work was second to none, doing the job with no mess or fuss. It was 18 months after the underfloor heating installation that we moved into the property and any help or advice we needed at that time was given to us without hesitation. Damien has gone above and beyond what I expected coming out to us on numerous occasions helping with the setup of thermostats etc without charge. I was recommended UFH1 by a friend who had used them in the past. It also turned out a few more people I know had used UFH1 and were very happy with the product and service they received. I decided to contact Damien who was very helpful and knowledgeable. He talked through what system I would need and any advice I wanted. After a bit of bad planning on my part I needed my equipment in a hurry and Damien went above and beyond to make sure I had it all on time. I layed the pipe work myself so the screed could be layed at short notice and UFH1 installed my manifold at a later date, yet again providing an excellent service. Overall I highly recommend these guys. They really go out of their way to make sure the product is delivered and the job is done properly.

The variortherm system is excellent. Very well engineered and simple to install. The Level It self leveling compound is also a very good product, levels out well, hardens up quickly and is very tough. UFH1 gave us excellent service, providing CAD drawings, guidance and prompt delivery.

Recently bought an underfloor heating kit from Underfloor Heating 1. Rob was very helpful all the way through. We had to change the plans a couple of times and Rob amended them very promptly. Purchased a Wet UFH system from UFH1. It is a Variotherm Compact 18mm system split into 3 zones - Kitchen / living room / Hall+Loo). It covers the whole ground floor of my house (c.43m2). System has been installed and running since July 2019. Very happy! This project was part of a internal wall removal and kitchen refit project. I contacted UFH1 around Christmas 2018. They came out, measured up and provided a detailed quotation. They then continued to work with me as other parts of the kitchen project got firmed up and adjustments were necessary. I was introduced to WarmFloors (Bradford) who did the full installation, and commissioning, including modifications to change my boiler connections from Y plan to S plan. Both UFH1 and WarmFloors were very professional and I could not have been more satisfied with they way they went about their work and the final result. Good planning and communication and everything was done on time. UFH1 recommended that tiles would be the ideal choice as a floor covering. I opted for porcelain tiles. They work very well with the system. Warm up quickly and evenly. Look good and easy to maintain. So far no downsides and I don't anticipate any problems. In the future I want to convert our current conservatory to an orangery as well as converting the garage to a usable living space. Again based on advice from UFH1 the installation includes a larger manifold along with some pipe runs so that I can make these connections in the future with less disturbance to the work already done. Overall very happy to recommend UFH1 based on my experience.
