I was very happy with whole experience. We had a pretty old boiler that needed serviced and it turned out replaced. We had several communications working out the best option for our needs and service provided was 1st rate. It has been nearly two weeks since the installation and we are very happy with the result. I will be contacting Qaiser again for any future servicing/maintenance.

Qaiser was very fast to respond to texts and phone, wanted to book ahead and ended up being available 30 minutes later. Boiler service was more in-depth than any previous heating engineers used and at no extra cost. I mentioned a minor electrical issue we were having with a shower and he managed to fix that too! I recently took out a boiler /central heating maintenance contract with Ovo which includes annual boiler service. Qaiser, who i understand is contracted to carry out Ovo gas servicing in area phoned to arrange a visit to service our boiler. Qaiser arrived at the arranged date and time and as far as i am aware carried out the service ,spending approx 90 minutes and explained what he had done,was very pleasant and tidy and boiler currently working as it should. My wife and I were so impressed we asked Qaiser if he would come back and service our gas fire which had not looked at for a number of years! Service was carried out a week later and we now have peace of mind to use the fire again. Would definitely recommend Qaiser to look after your gas appliances.

Qaiser came to repair a gas leak that had been found after a recent Smart Meter install. A leak had been detected at our hob pipework. Qaiser removed our oven and hob, and removed the problematic pipework (which had likely been problematic for years) and installed a replacement piece of pipework in a much better manner the the earlier kitchen fitter had. Nothing was too much trouble, and Qaiser tested very thoroughly for leaks before commencing, after replacing the pipe, and after refitting the appliances and completing the job. All of this made sure we had peace of mind. Qaisers work was first class. Qaisers attention to detail and safety was first class. The cost of the job was very competitive, and if anything a little less expensive than we thought it might be. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Qaiser to anyone looking for a Registered Gas Eng. Fantastic.

Arrived on time to service boiler. (Also serviced boiler last year.) Very professional and pleasant. This visit he also took apart a Gazco fire and was able to clean the ignition. No new part needed. Would highly recommend QM Heating Ltd.
