I have had a great experience with ABC Heating Services. Very Professional from the outset. The engineer From ABC was extremely competent and he did not waste time getting straight to work. I found their number online and urgently needed somebody the same day, I called at about 4pm and we agreed for them to come at about 6pm. His price was agreed from the outset and he stuck to what was agreed. I even had a radiator that was leaking and on his way out he quickly resolved it and did not even charge extra for it. I have used their services twice so far and intend to use them again. Very happy with the service and would strongly recommend them.

Honestly the most friendly and helpful service provider I have ever used. Was unable to come out to resolve our boiler issues as they were fully booked up, but took the time to talk to us about the issue and guide us through what we needed to do to be able to get the heating back up and running - clear instructions meant we were able to sort the problem super quick, despite my absolute lack of knowledge. Al did an amazing job! He was really quick to pick up my initial enquiry and get an appointment booked in which I was super grateful for! He went above and beyond to make sure that we had the report and invoice quickly and even had a look at our radiators whilst he was fixing our boiler. Whilst fixing our boiler, he explained everything to me so that I could understand and even kept in touch after the job to ensure that everything was running smoothly. What more can i say about the first class professional service i have received from Mr.Al of ABC Heating Services.I had a new boiler fitted by Northern gas and upon two follow up visits from their inspectors,they failed to carry out work satisfactory.Only when i had an engineer to fit a smart meter i was told there is an internal gas leak and needed to be dealt with.I called Al yesterday he arrived promptly and straightaway went to work on finding the leakage.The leak was found on the boiler installation which even after two inspections by Northern gas inspectorates did not find. I would highly recommend this company and the work carried out by Mr Al is top notch.I was also given very positive advice on the safety of other appliances.The price paid for the services was very reasonable. AS FOR NORTHERN GAS DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR INSTALLATION OF BOILERS.Their after sales service is extremely POOR. I will definitely be using ABC Heating Services in future.

Where do I start what a genuinely nice person. I recommend you consider them for your heating and plumbing needs as the service was brilliant. I emailed originally to get a price on a boiler service and nest install, I got a response within 20 mins on the weekend and was really impressed with the price and speed of response. On the day of install had a message sent to me say he was running late and apologised. He came in introduce him self and asked where the boiler is and got straight to it he worked really quick and got it all done in around an hour, and cleaned up before leaving. Gave an explanation about everything he had done and how the nest works. And showed me the issues that the previous company I had used had left by not doing a proper job. Absolutely amazing service good on price and will be using again.

Excellent customer service and very thorough. I live at home with my elderly mother. Our central heating stopped working a week ago and I was waiting around for the warranty provider and numerous other engineers who failed to turn up repeatedly for a week. Its been freezing cold in the meanwhile and i was very frustrated by how unreliable everyone was. Then i called ABC Heating Services very late last night and by 11am this morning the heating has been fixed. Altaf was very prompt, professional and was genuinely concerned about my problem and that my mother was suffering. He arranged a visit to my house at 9am this morning and had the part with him to fix. He got straight to work and got the system working immediately. Excellent customer service and very polite. Good communication to arrange an appointment, speedy appointment time ( I waited less than an hour) and he identified the problem quickly and did a temporary fix while we wait to get it repaired. Al is a great guy. Not only did he fix my boiler problem at a reasonable cost, he as well provided me with after care when I had another problem with boiler and he talked me through via phone/whatsapp what I needed to do at 8pm in order to rectify the problem and that at no extra cost or charge. Al, recently installed a Nest thermostat for us. He arrived when he said he would. The job was undertaken to a high standard. He spent five hours on site as there were problems with the previous wiring for the heating, which he resolved and put right. Al, completed a high quality job. I would highly recommend him.

We've used ABC a couple of times. The first time was to plumb in our cooker - and then Al very kindly helped us out with some other bits (removing an ugly gas fire etc) once he was here. Second time round he managed to fit us in at very short notice in order to fix our heating (during a cold snap). Really pleased with the service - reasonable rates, pleasant to deal with, and happy to advise on how we could do some simple stuff for ourselves, rather than calling out the pros (which was very nice of him). ABC Installed a new boiler in my 3 bedroom House. I will start out by saying I was very happy with the work ABC completed. They worked very hard to get my heating up and running over the recent cold snap as I had a baby in the house. The work was all very professionally completed, he undertook all the required, test, liaison with Transco to update the gas meter, sourcing the parts at very competitive prices, and cleaning up after himself. I found him to very clean and the quality of his work was very high, the pipe work was all very neat and tidy and he took time to ensure I understood the operation of my new system. Main thing was he did not take the easiest option and always took my wishes into account, even when it meant more work for himself. So I am very happy with my new heating system and the service provided by ABC plumbing and would definitely recommend them. Work completed, removal of old tank system, installation of new gas line, new Combi boiler, and changing of all radiators in the house. Very nice company to work with

The other company had turned off my heater and hot water after a routine yearly inspection because they could not find the certification in the boiler booklet. Recently I noticed my pressure has been going down and I knew I have not had a leak in the house at all. Near midnight on a Sunday it went completely down that I had no hot water. I called ABC around midnight and they answered. They asked me few questions and had informed me what exactly the problem was but I can still get hot water and heating but it does need to be replaced ASAP. He did say he can do it for me ASAP but as I already had service agreement elsewhere he said call them as I have already paid for it but inform them what the problem was. It has been replaced but it was very assuring and service people also mentioned ABC diagnosis regarding the expansion vessel was absolutely spot on. I would definitely recommend ABC Heating Services, very honest, diagnoses fault correctly ASAP and was available ASAP on the phone and to come over.

Great Service by AL at ABC Plumbing and Heating. I called him when I had issues with British Gas! What a nightmare they were. After paying BG so much, they left me and my family in the cold. Lucky I found Al on google who resolved the fault the same day when BG tried for a month. They said I needed a new boiler, but Al assured me my current boiler has many years left. :) I cant recommend him highly enough.

I have called ABC Heating Services out on two occasions and both times Al was exceptional. The first time he figured out that a problem with hot water in the kitchen was not caused by the boiler, but by the shower in the main bathroom. The two domestic gas engineers I had called out before him were not able to work this out - they said I needed to change the taps on the kitchen sink, and were useless! Through a process of elimination, Al systematically checked everything to make sure he could find the exact problem. He also clearly explained what work needed to be done. The second time I called Al, he serviced our 8/9 year old boiler and again he did a very thorough job. He cleaned it and tested everything to make sure it met the standards required as outlined in the boiler manual. Al really knows what he is doing. His prices are fair, he does a great job, and he's super nice to deal with - truly refreshing!

10/10 for everything, highly recommended and at last I’ve found someone who I can trust to do a quality job. I will base this review on 5 things; Quality of work - 10/10 - now he is passionate and extremely knowledgeable about how boilers work, he even took the time to explain to me how certain parts work and if something happens in the future here are some quick tips - real perfectionist about his work as he kept double checking things constantly to make sure it was all spot on - which for me is great as it puts my mind at ease and it shows he knows what he’s doing. Price - 10/10 (under the circumstances we were extremely vulnerable with no heating or hot water yet the total cost including labour, call out and ultimatly his time on a Saturday morning etc was completely acceptable. Punctuality 10/10 - he said 10am and he was here spot on time, when he had sourced the part he also messaged me saying he was on his way and kept really good contact with me, anyone else wouldn’t have bothered and I was completely surprised that he’d gone and made the effort to locate us a part and come back to fit it. Cleanliness 10/10 - my small room is in exactly the same way we had left it, he wiped down and kept everything nice and tidy, all the screws went back in and all my magnets went back on the boiler. Service 10/10 - faultless, haven’t even needed to call him back. I’m actually keeping him as my go to guy for my boilers and I will recommend him to all friends and family. Conclusion 10/10 - a real genuine passionate guy who loves his work and it is evident he has a lot of experience in the field. Even my boiler which is around 20yrs old he knew about, a perfectionist when it comes down to his work, committed and he just got straight on with the work. Like I mentioned, we couldn’t physically find the part initially but in the same day he commuted across town to locate a part and then come back to fit it. Who else would do this?? He dedicated his time and day purely to the satisfaction of the customer (us). With everything I’ve said, ultimatly he is the reason for my review. I am extremely satisfied and I really and truly recommend him. You will not be disappointed. Thank you so much again

I'm impressed with their knowledge and their ability to use other communication channels in trouble-shooting the issue (ie. sending photos via Whatsapp) from your own home.
