Brilliant service from the lovely lady in the office to the engineers themselves. I had a back boiler removed, gas fire fitted and a new immersion heater and header tank fitted. They arrived right on time and got straight to work. Very professional, very friendly and cleaned up after themselves, removing all the old brickwork, parts and piping. Clearly explained the options and gave good advice for a system to suit our house and needs. The fitting was done in three days with all the mess and old bits cleared away. Very neat work. Polite and clean/tidy team. Super after-sales service. Came back on a convenient evening to run us through new system and the Hive and taught us how to get the best from our new system. We use Chiswell for all of our plumbing work. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mark and his team - they’re prompt, professional and true experts… and Mark is always contactable. Most recently we had a boiler installed and the whole process could not have been smoother. If you need a new boiler fitting then these are your guys. Mark came round to do an initial assessment of what was needed and talked us through our options. The quote came over really quickly, we were happy with it (particularly when compared to one from British Gas) and booked them in. Whilst on site both Mark and Lee were very professional, really clean and tidy, to the point that we didn't even know they were here. Mark talked us through everything afterwards and even sorted out our warranty. The new boiler works superbly and we are really happy with it.

I was looking for someone to remove a old boiler and thermal storage tank. Ideally wanted a Worcester Bosch after doing some research and Chiswell came up on the Worcester Bosch website as accredited and so much more. I had 6 quotes and Mark from Chiswell spent 45 minutes talking through my options and answering my questions, I had alot. Price was very competitive and inclusive of the longer warranty which is not offered by others. So to the installation, Lee from Chiswell arrived nice and early, talked me through the job and got started. Overall fantastic team with Mark, Lee and Mr Chiswell Snr. They were very clean and tidying up every step of the way leaving everything as they found it and even hoovered my stairs. Where do I start, called Chiswell Heating Limited without ever using their services before. Was worried about using a tradesmen I hadn't previously. Let me tell you, I couldn't recommend them enough now. The level of honesty and knowledge they posses expecially Mark which is who we dealt with. Mark and Paul Chiswell were outstanding in their help and work at our property. They juggled work around to accomodate us in having a new boiler fitted at short notice. They removed all old water tanks in the loft and fitted new boiler in the old airing cupboard. Our 15 year old boiler broke down on Wednesday morning and after frantically ringing round for half a day Mark Chiswell returned my call and came round to see us that very evening after 7. PM. Fantastic service. I cannot praise Mark and his team highly enough. They replaced my boiler (which they had serviced for a number of years). They arrived on time, completing the job in the same day. No mean feat as I was replacing a traditional boiler with a combi model, requiring removal of the old boiler, hot water tank, the cold water tanks in the attic and all related pipework. Installation of a new state-of-the-art boiler and a 'smart' thermostat and controls, all with a 12 year guarantee. They cleaned up after, taking away the redundant items and leaving no mess at all. We had an emergency with our boiler when water started pouring out of it and it stopped working. Phoned Chiswell's in the morning and Mark came that evening at 8pm. He quickly diagnosed that the waste pipe from the upstairs shower had blocked causing water to back up through the boiler overflow and flood the boiler. He unblocked the pipe and stripped down the boiler, emptying and drying all the parts. Two hours later the boiler restarted much to ours, and our Grandaughter's relief. (It was her hair and soap that had caused the blockage lol.) Mark was a real superstar to attend so late and get us back up and running and he saved us the expense of numerous new parts or a new boiler. We can definitely recommend Chiswell's as a trustworthy and reputable local family run business that are always fair and reasonable with their pricing.

Really pleased with the work done by the team and good value for money. We had a combi boiler replacement (old one was ancient) towel rails fitted in our two bathrooms and new radiator in living room. All of this done in one day and good quality and value. Our boiler broke down, and was in need of a new one. I called Chiswell heating up and Mark managed to come out the next day. Mark advised what we needed and and answered any questions we had. he then managed to book us in over Christmas period, which we were very grateful for. Thank you to Mark and his team at Chiswell Heating for the fantastic work they did for us. We required for our boiler to be moved from upstairs to ground floor level and a few radiators to be fitted. Mark quoted me on the 9th of July any by 6pm on the 22nd of July we had a brand new boiler and a hive system installed. We can not thank the entire team enough for their timely and neat work. No mess was left behind and our house was left as clean as it was in the morning before work commenced. From coming to gas fit and test our new kitchen hob, Mark and Ross then provided great service by first attempting to repair our aged combi and then quoting for a replacement one with bells and whistles. At no point did we get the hard sell, and both lads were extremely courteous and professional. The switch-over took a day as promised and included state-of-the art Worcester model and ancillaries, replacement flue and roof vent, finessing the pipework, flushing the radiators and fitting a Hive thermostat. They even threw in a Hive bulb which is Echo compatible. Mark provided expert knowledge on how to set everything up, from the touch-screen on the boiler to the Hive app, and both gents tidied up everything. We are as impressed as we are grateful for the superb customer service and quality of their work. We'll be using again for all our plumbing needs!

Had to find a heating engineer in a hurry, 4 days before Christmas due to a fault on my combi boiler. I was not looking forward to having no heating and hot water over the Christmas period.
