I used BDP when my central heating boiler broke down. Nothing was too much trouble for the engineer Ben. He went above and beyond to get the system up and running again. Five star service, I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Used company through insurance company as there was a drip dangerously close to electrics on my boiler (4 days before Christmas 🤦🏽‍♂️). Went the extra mile and found parts that were out of stock with there usual suppliers. Engineer was polite and professional and repaired the fault plus changed components that looked potentially troublesome.

We stupidly put a screw through one of the heating pipes, contacted the insurance company who then sent BDP Heating. Brilliant friendly service, did the job neatly to help the plasterer who will be coming to fix the hole and cleaned up after himself! After having problems with my boiler not working, I called the emergency cover on my home insurance who passed my details onto BDP Heating. Wow, what a response, I made the initial call at 8.20 pm on a Friday evening, at 9.30 pm the same night I had a call saying that the owner of the business had read the report ( I have serious health issues) and will be with me within the hour! He turned up at 10.30 pm worked on the boiler and was finished by 11 o’clock. Now that is excellent service, thank you very much for a great service Ben, I really appreciate your commitment to your customers. I wish you all the best for your company.

I can’t rate this firm more highly they came and sorted my heating out straight away as I’m disabled and so is my wife I was at my wits end when our heating system just stopped working. Ben came and sorted the problem and made a temporary fix as he needed a new part. He made certain we had heat and water before he left, explained what to do if the temporary fix failed. Assured me that as soon as the part was in stock they would be back and by the beginning of the following week it was all sorted. All of the staff from the most helpful caring young woman who ran the office plus the other engineer who came out to install the new part. Every single person was a pleasure to speak to. If you need a five star service then look no further than this company their ethos of caring and professionalism is something you really encounter these days.
