Text Rob about 10am on Thursday to see if he could take a look at my Baxi boiler (no hot water), by 2pm the next day he had been out, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and fitted it. He also diagnosed some ongoing problems we’d been having. Needless to say i will be using him going forward to fix them. Brilliant service. Wish it was always this straight forward.

Brilliant from start to finish. Rob turned up when he said he would and fixed my boiler quickly and possibly saved me a fortune. He explained exactly what needed doing and now I have heating again. Not only that he managed to fix my boiler without me having to fork out for an expensive part. I would not hesitate to recommend Combi Cure to anyone, it's one number I've definitely saved onto my phone! Just make sure you have teabags, Rob likes his cuppas ;-)

Excellent service, I was on the verge of buying a new boiler. Rob was my last hope, all fixed and working better than ever. Came out the next day. Highly recommend.

Rob fixed an intermittent hot water problem with our boiler, replaced one part that was on its way out and narrowed the issue down to the pump. Rather than replace the whole thing he found the fault and just replaced the capacitor saving us a small fortune. Turned up on time and left the place clean and tidy. Loves a cuppa but didn't fancy any biscuits, maybe he's watching his waistline or maybe its a Covid thing 😉. Would recommend, really prompt, reliable and will try to fix items rather than replace any unnecessary parts.

I presented Rob with the most complicated gas supply problem. It could be fixed by Cadent who sent 4 separate engineers. Other people suggested re-routing by gas supply at a cost of £ thousands. Rob never gave up on me and researched ways of clearing my problem. He eventually personally modified equipment to rectify the problem. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Thanks again

I’m a person who doesn’t do cold weather and Rob has been an absolute saviour since we’ve moved to Formby. Was recommended by a local plumber and so grateful to have found him. He’s always been punctual and professional, has fitted us in on very short notice on more than one occasion and has fixed what has sometimes seemed unfixable! Would definitely recommend.
