Have been using AMR for the past 10 years or more to service a rental property. They are super professional in their approach to their work and always very responsive to requests, even at short notice or for emergencies. They take care of the problem from beginning to end and there are never any issues with the quality or timing of the work done or with their interaction with the tenants. A really friendly and efficient company to work with. This time it was a replacement boiler and Mansukh and Arvid did a great job on it, tenant reported no hot water on Sunday and had a brand new functioning boiler on the Monday. I have no hesitation in recommending AMR to anyone looking for competent, trustworthy, reliable and good value heating engineers.

After moving into our new home 5 years ago, the first winter we needed a plumber to fix the Glow Worm boiler the previous owner had installed. I was recommended AMR Heating by a neighbour and to be honest I haven’t regretting given them a call. Very friendly and professional, and always kept updated, fast response too. He advised that I will have continuous issues with this boiler and recommended that I think about replacing it soon, I had a feeling that would be the case but they still fixed it and there was no pushy sales. I continued to have issues with it every year since. Fast forward to now and the boiler has gone again this time for good so it was time to bite the bullet and just replace it. Again AMR Heating done a great job, very prompt and constantly kept me in the loop with the boiler replacement. They did a clean job and made sure there was no excess mess everywhere. I would highly recommend AMR Heating to anyone.

I have been using services of AMR Heating for the past seven years following problems in dealing with British Gas. Right from the beginning, I was very impressed with the way they managed to resolve my problems efficiently and effectively in a professional manner at a reasonable price. After three years with them, I requested them to carry out installation of full Central Heating including a new boiler at my fairly big house. They worked tirelessly and completed the job within the time allocated at a very reasonable price. I did compare their price with other companies. Mansukh and Arvind, two brothers and their staff were extremely friendly and polite, communicated through out the job giving sound advice and guidance on what was right for me. Above all, I found them to be very reliable and trustworthy. They were kind enough to service the boiler and check the system without any charge after a year. Since the installation of the Central Heating System at my house I did recommend them to few of my friends and relations and as far as I know all of them have been very satisfied with work done by AMR. I totally recommend AMR Heating 100%.

Amazing service and reliability from a professional and courteous company. Mansukh is a delightful man who goes out of his way to help you. I have set up a maintenance contract for boiler repairs on rental and residential properties and only get charged if something goes wrong. Excellent service. Efficient and really helpful and friendly and willing to answer any queries. They installed a new boiler in a rental property. They ensured they contacted tenants the day before and finished the job when they said they would. I raised a query about the type of thermostat to use and they immediately came up with a solution.
