A heating engineer came round to my flat the same day I called which I was very impressed with. They quickly found the fault, went to get the part and fixed my boiler in good time. Really nice guy and his prices were very fair. Will definitely be using him again and recommend his services.

I have used this company in time of need, they did an amazing job. They had been well equipped with tools. Very knowledgeable and experienced company. Honest prices, British gas and Plimico wanted to charge £6,000 for boiler upgrade and to upgrade some pipe work, this company gave it to me for less than half the price. They will assist even in late hours. They explain how everything works, it’s been an absolute pleasure to have this company do work for me. 5 star service! I have used this company several times for different jobs, they have also upgraded my electrical consumer unit and helped with connecting new dishwasher and cooker. I have been using this company for the past 2 years, no complaints. The company cares about providing good customer service.

Excellent Service from Ali - Ecotek - a local electrician whom we have used many times before, for a rewire, changing sockets and switches. He is very friendly and reliable and does not charge a fortune to achieve a sound and good result. Ali recently did some work for me installing a new boiler. Through out the job he was professional & explained exactly what he was doing & why. He completed the job in one 11 hour day & charged me what he had initially quoted. He also took time to mail me very clear instructions on how to flush the system, which I have now done. 3 years old boiler was off for 6 months and it would not turn on anymore. At the first visit the engineer after a few tests understood the pump was jammed. We agreed I was going to buy a new one and he was going to fit it when I got the new piece. A few days later the engineer was back at my place to fit it and the boiler has been working properly since. The engineer was flexible with the hours (he came at 8pm the first time and left at 9:30pm), he was honest and most of all the price was fair. I would definitely reccomend him.

My boiler broke and I rang many engineers with no-one able to fit me in and all at ridiculous prices. I then rang Ecotek and the engineer was very friendly, with a customer first attitude and arranged to see me at a time that was convenient for me. He was very knowledgeable and worked through the problem to resolution. He even had the part I needed in his van so all was fixed in one visit at the best price on the market. Will definitely use these guys again!

I highly recommend this guy! The man who came was very honest, (unlike the local plumbers in Putney whose work and lies he came to rectify), quite a character, and thoroughly on top of his game. Whats more he came late on December 31st, and after fixing our boiler within 15 mins he stayed an extra hour patiently balancing our radiators so the heat was evenly distributed, plus he made sure he told me how to do it for next time. it was very reasonable and I am defo going to use this guy again next time for sure. Ali is a honest and kind man. my kitchen sink is blocked and washing machine is leaking. I tried my luck and found a plumber in grumtree, called him in Sunday morning and he said he can come in 2 hrs (how lucky I'm). He checked my pipes carefully and took out all the rubbish/grease, double checked everything to make everything is alright before he left. No hidden charge, honest price. Plumber service can be very tricky, but he is very strict forward.

I am a landlord - with very little time, have had lots of problems with a boiler at a rental property and have had lots of cowboys come through and do short fixes. I was lucky to come across Ecotek Property services. They gave me a free quote and helped me to explore my options. I was then helped to select a new boiler which was neatly and professionally installed at a very reasonable price. I was so pleased with the work (and knowing my headache would be over) that used them to change all of the radiators in the building. This was very helpfully done over a weekend, again at a very reasonable price. I have since used Ecotek property service's at other addresses to do other works. I cannot recommend them highly enough, good engineers/workmen are like gold dust.

I had a broken boiler on a cold Sunday morning and I was trying to find a boiler engineer who could fix the problem. I called numerous engineers they were not able to solve the problem in this particular situation. Finally I managed to get hold of a extremely helpful engineer who tried his best and did his all support he possible could on the phone, by guiding me until he figure out the problem he did not let me go…. Therefore I strongly recommend this particular engineer and his company for those who are in real need….
