Between Christmas and New Year the Boiler failed following a power outage. No heating or hot water. Simon diagnosed over the phone and was able to source a replacement motherboard. We were back up and running with a warm house in a couple of days. Fantastic service and much appreciated !

Simon from Heat Knights went above and beyond to help us sort out our heating at 8pm on Christmas Eve! Knowledgeable, responsive and professional in every way. I just wish I had found them and contacted sooner. If you're reading this you should stop and just call them now. Consider this the end of your search for a quality provider. You just found one. UPDATE: 10 Jan2022 After diagnosing the problem with our 15+ year old Glowworm boiler simply from a WhatsApp chat, Simon ordered the correct part and had it installed within an hour. Something a Vaillant engineer couldn't do on a house visit! The Vaillant engineer left us with no heating or hot water in winter with children in the house, claiming our boiler was beyond economic repair. We were told we need a new boiler. All of it turned out to be wholly false (not to mention we ended up with 2 weeks of no heat and no fix!) Simon, on the other hand, turned up on his first and only house visit, installed the new pump he had already sourced, and within an hour the radiators were on and the water was being heated. Says it all really. Don't waste your money on big companies. Pay people like Simon who know their stuff and want to render the best service they can. They surely deserve your business. If you want a knowledgeable, passionate and friendly professional, call Simon at Heat Knights. We, as a family, are grateful for your skill, professionalism and responsiveness. The kids think you're a Super-hero. They're not wrong. A very big thank you from us!
