Alec is the consummate professional. He has a deep understanding of the latest heating tech around the world and a very practical no-fuss approach to problems. He replaced our boiler system in a Victorian terrace at very short notice, including troubleshooting the funky old boiler setup. Honestly couldn’t recommend more highly. Superb.

I can't recommend Alec of Integrated heating highly enough, especially if you want to get the most efficient set up for your heating system, and meet a lovely and knowledgeable guy. Before the job he took a lot of time to explain various options and advise on the best for my situation. He has so much experience and understanding of the UK and European regulations, and this really showed in how he set up my boiler (vaillant ecofit) with controls that could speak to it properly (tado). And when the final invoice came in the actual price was lower than quoted thanks to his honest approach to pricing! He even connected my new gas cooker whilst here. Thanks Alec! Ben

Alec installed Vaillant boiler seven years ago, first ever problem occurred this week, he turned up 2h after I called yesterday, boiler repaired at estimated price on single visit. I hope he will not have retired when I need him next time (2028?).

Our boiler was starting to fail and needed replacing. But, it was a struggle to find someone with the expertise to modernise our existing heating system with HW cylinder (230V S-Plan) to a digital modulation control using our existing Tado smart thermostat. Luckily Alec / Integrated Heating came up with the solution: A 4-pipe boiler with integrated diverter valve and a cylinder probe thermostat. Furthermore, he advised on how the boiler heating circuit could be decoupled from the radiator circuit via a heat exchanger. This prepares the system for future heat sources and also eliminate the potential risk of debris from the old radiators to the new condensing boiler. All was arranged within a few days, installed within one day (he even came back the next day to check it) and charged as promised. A highly recommendable service!

On our first meeting Alec carefully explained his theory about how condensing boilers should be used. He inspected my house and we agreed the best solution for us. He promptly sent a detailed quote which I accepted. We then agreed a start date and he contacted me a few days before to confirm the 3 day installation period. He and Marco arrived at the time we agreed and they worked very efficiently through until the work was completed very satisfactorily. A couple of days after completion, which was a Friday afternoon, the system stopped and I emailed Alec. He could not resolve the problem via email so agreed to come on the Saturday. He duly arrived at the time he had promised and soon fixed the electrical fault. It was joy to have Alec and Marco working in our house and we are very pleased with the installation. We highly recommend Integrated Heating Ltd.

Alec came to check out some concerns I had with my heating system, and to install the Tado system while he was at it. He helped out in a way that went above and beyond what you'd normally expect, and also came back the following day to check up on an issue with the Tado, that turned out to be Tado's mistake (and just needed one of their support guys on the phone, that he could have left to me). Seemed much more competent than your typical heating engineer, as far as you can tell as a layperson. Generally also a nice guy. Highly recommend.
