Went there after already been celebrating somewhere else. I was taken by a friend who is a member, for drinks and cocktails. Great decor and vibe, which is rock n roll.
We were very well looked after at the bar upstairs, they also have a roof terrace. It is not unusual to bump into celebs from the music world there. I felt like one myself.

My wife and I spent a night in Soho for my 30th and chose Sanctum due to its boutique rock n roll theme and Japanese cuisine. The hotel vibe is amazing, we immediately wandered the corridors looking at all the artwork! The room was dark, sexy and romantic, most importantly it was very clean and comfortable.
The restaurant/bar area really stood out for us. We had a dinner reservation Saturday evening and wanted to try as much as possible so we opted for a sharing platter, the chicken dumplings and katsu sliders are to die for. The staff were extremely friendly, one gentleman in particular who we think might have been the manager (unfortunately didn’t get his name!) was so attentive he made us feel like we were getting a real VIP service, even topped it with a desert on the house!
Thank you for making my birthday celebrations extra special 😄

Staff were very friendly and helpful, but the rooms are quite small and the drain the bathroom (wet room) smelled a bit. Also the pillows were not great, did not hold their shape so was not that comfortable. Not sure if they had other options or not, I didn't ask as it was late.
The rooftop bar area was quite cool and whilst we didn't try out the hot tub, it's a nice touch.
Amazing location though!

To say that this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in would be an understatement. The location is amazing, the rooms are gorgeous. The roof top bar is top notch, but what makes this hotel the best I have ever stayed in, is the staff. Every Member of staff was outgoing, friendly and professional and went above and beyond to ensure the happiness of their guests. The owners were very interactive and present with their guests, I had asked if they had any hair spray I could buy and they did not have any. When I came back later, the owner had bought some hairspray at the store and let me use it. It is the small gestures like this that made the overall stay amazing. Thank you to everyone who made my weekend special. I will be back, many times to come.

Fabulous hotel just a few seconds from Piccadilly. Staff extremely friendly. Loved the rock theme. The bed was incredibly comfortable!

Lovely character boutique hotel in the heart of Soho. Every possible desirable is in your room. Breakfast is great. But best is the glitter of rock and roll that pervades the hotel

Recently stayed here with my wife on our "mini moon". The lovely husband and wife owners kindly upgraded us to the loft suite and it was just fantastic. Absolutely superb hotel and brilliantly located, we will definitely return for a 2nd visit!

Definitely want to revisit and spend time at the bar.
Great location and staff.
4 a.m. hallway partiers were a bit much. Maybe next time I'll join them.

Went here for afternoon tea, which was superb. Quite a quirky place with a great atmosphere and the afternoon tea was not traditional, so was quite unique. The service was fantastic, particularly Nadir who even gave us a drink on the house! He was very welcoming and made sure we enjoyed our experience. Will definitely return to stay here.

I've stayed a good few hotel in and around London and this 1 is by far the best 1, from when we 1st stepped foot into the hotel we were welcome, the staff were amazing thru out our stay an the owner Mark is a really lovely guy alway had time to speak, I will 100% be coming back 2 this lovely hotel and I highly recommend it.

Great place to stay. Staff are really friendly and beautiful art work everywhere

Tucked away behind Regent Street, this little gem is unique. Exquisitely decorated, great staff.

Mark and his team are exceptional and always make my stay at Karma Sanctum a special one. Thank you for always looking after me

It is so excellent that we have booked again in December as can’t wait to return this time my dad is going with us 😊

I recently held a surprise birthday party for my boyfriend on the rooftop of the Karma Sanctum Soho Hotel. It could not have gone any better. The venue’s cool, quirky decor perfectly lends itself to a celebration event. I’d like to extend a huge thank you to the owner and staff for playing along and helping to keep the surprise going when I checked in with my boyfriend right up until the big reveal on the roof. Sherene’s help in managing the event was second to none. Mark was a great host and I’d like to praise him for his acting skills and discretion which went a long way when we entered. All staff throughout were helpful and friendly. Placing our room conveniently by the rooftop stairs allowed for complete comfort throughout the night. Thanks to all. It was a day to remember and I look forward to returning soon. I would not hesitate to hold another event here.
D. W.
Fantastic hotel and amazing service from all the staff. Well looked after from the second we arrived and will definitely be returning soon.

Ate the the restaurant with a friend and was a lovely experience. Food was off a set menu as this was an 'experience dinner'. The puff pastry pizza was full of flavour and wholesome.
The waitress, unfortunately didn't get her name was so welcoming and friendly and attentive.
The place is nice and cosy inside off London's busy Soho!

Perfect weekend. Delightful staff. Beautiful rooms

Loved the roof top bar.
Excellent cocktails

Great service from arrival to leaving
Having just opened again - the staff and owner Mark Fuller went out of their way to make up for lost customers... grateful for our support, from receptionist, bar and restaurant staff, to Mark himself, they were all friendly and helpful..making my birthday weekend really enjoyable
Room fab and great location... & you might even see or hear an ageing rocker in there...We will go again and hope to see some events/shows when they can happen safely again ... Thanks to Mark and staff

Stopped here for a few nights, great location on the edge of Soho, Piccadilly Circus and Regent Street. The theme of this place is quite cool with a rock star influence, I love music, so naturally loved the music inspired wall art. Obviously, no parking this central, so parked at a Q-Park in Mayfair. Customer service was very personal and the staff were always friendly. Room service was good quality and quick. The prices are reasonable for a boutique hotel in Soho, but this place has an amazing roof terrace with a bar and its own hot tub 😊 I have stayed at other hotels like this and have paid more, might stay here again, might not, I always like to checkout new places. But that doesn't mean I don't recommend this hotel, check it out if you can 👌

Went here for Halloween and had an amazing night with drinks and dinner! Food was top notch! Best chicken liver parfait I've had in a while! Service was great! Need to book a room to experience the full hotel!!

Hotel is a bit of a let down. Location is excellent, but after that it goes downhill. Only stayed for one night but was enough. Has a quirky style, which is fine although it's a bit dated and rough around the edges. Room was large, but felt a bit grubby. Also has a roof top bar (apparently) not that I could see it as it was booked out for a function and wasn't allowed up - wasn't told prior to booking. Had food in the restaurant, staff were friendly but hadn't a clue what was going on. Food was okay. Similar staff experience at breakfast except this time food was dreadful. Wouldn't rush back.

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. We arrived before check in, expecting to leave our bags and return when the room was ready but there was no need. They were ready for us! Room was very clean, comfortable and ornately decorated with glitzy walls, colorful artwork, and cowhide floral ottomans. Hookah comes out at night and there is a fully stocked 24/hr bar! My only complaint is the slow moving lift but hey, at least they have one!!
l. w.
This hotel is absolutely fantastic a rock n roll themed gem. It is in a great location walking distance to everything. The rooms were stunning and each one was unique. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and more. The restaurant was delicious and we even met a couple of celebrities during our stay. Very cool :)
D. v. V.
Really nice covered rooftop bar with some delicious cocktails! We went there for celebratory drinks as part of a work event and it was a great choice. Great selection of food too - we got q whole bunch of nibbles including fried Halloumi and a cheese board - excellent flavours!
A.
We enjoyed our stay, but there were a few things that did let it down.
The location is perfect and the stunning display of flowers around the door sets a great tone.
The receptionist was really uninterested, almost to a point or rudeness. It was really unsettling and totally at odds with the look of the lobby, which was nicely designed.
The hotel has some great artwork throughout, and a really design based vibe.
The room was nice, and there was a Nespresso machine but no plugs by the bed for phones is not really acceptable these days. The air con control has a really bright blue light, we had to hang a towel over it (it was so bright it shone through). Despite searching we never saw a price for any of the items on the well stocked bar in the room, but given that a second coffee was priced at £2.50 (and they weren’t genuine Nespresso pods) we thought they wouldn’t be cheap. We also couldn’t find any milk.
Strangely the corridor outside our room had random pieces of furniture, I’ve no idea why. Some of this vanished while we were there some didn’t.
Checkout was equally unfriendly. Based on that we didn’t eat at the restaurant, although it looked really nice.

Everything was spot on, i arrived just before midnight so parking outside was very good and didn't compromise me in no way what so ever, walked up to the door and opened it and went in lovely decor, was greeted by a member of staff who took my details and payment along with id, then was given a key card to my room along with some nice words stating the hot tub and bar as well as if i need any help don't hesitate to call, i then made my way to the elevator which was also nice, finally got to my floor and opened my hotel room door and that's when the magic started!
beautiful room, spacious, lovely decor, beautiful bath! the best i have ever sat in! everything about the room and experience was top top top! i would definitely be visiting again in the near future!
Thanks again for the experience.
S. W.
Staff very polite, drinks were very nice.
A. B.
I attended a film screening at the hotel. From that prospective, it was well maintained and had it's own unique aesthetic, to be sure. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Drinks were relatively expensive, but then most hotel bars are. The Variety room is comfortable and was well suited for the purposes of the event. I look forward to the next time I visit.
M. T.
Just came to the rooftop bar and wow ! Don the operations manager was so so so welcoming , the battened was lovely too , fantastic customer service , I am going to be doing my friends surprise birthday party here for sure ! Exclusive boutique style premium cocktail bar with lounge, proper hidden Gem 💎 in Mayfair ! Highly recommend!

We stayed here in April 2018. The room was offered at significantly low prices compared to other hotels in the area. Found out why: there is construction going on right next door and pedestrian walkway is closed off. It’s very loud in the morning. It didn’t really bother us because we had early morning schedules but if you’re planning to sleep in, stay away. They offer ear plugs which is nice. The room is small but that’s standard in London. The bathroom has its pros and cons. Shower is incredible but sinks are one of those old fashioned split hot/cold spout. Our room wasn’t made on the last night we stayed there. We felt some of the staff wasn’t very friendly. The gentleman who checked us in was stand-offish and no one greeted us when we went in and out of the hotel. We asked the staff to book us a taxi and we were told to walk next street over to the taxi stand... which is true but it took us more than 20 minutes to grab a taxi! Calling a taxi would’ve been faster. Overall good price for the stay only if you don’t mind the construction noises. Hope this helps.

Lovely and clean room, tasty food, nice and friendly staff, only issue we had was that we were unable to use the bar upstairs because it was full of people, not sure if they were guests of the hotel or outsiders 🤔😀
K.
I used the bar upstairs and downstairs, and saw a performance there. The upstairs bar is beautiful, I would definitely consider it for bringing friends, or celebrating. The cocktails in the upstairs bar are almost double the cost of other London bars though, so I recommend going during happy hour. Elsewhere I pay £6.50-£8.00, here it’s £14.00. It is a beautifully decorated bar though. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, which made us feel very welcome. I would come her again for a special night out.
K. A.
Luxury hotel, bar and venue. All you'd expect in central London.
Beautiful decoration. Friendly, helpful staff.
Expensive drinks, but conducting the environment, no surprise there.
A somewhat quieter street for your average West End Saturday night. But you wouldn't want to do luxury noisily.
E. J.
An amazing place to have a party. The roof lounge was booked for my Grandma's retirement and the venue was amazing, as were the staff.
The hotel rooms were rather quirky, as expected, but the rooms shower was incredibly squeaky and made extremely loud noises when turned on.
K. E.
I had boozy brunch in the restaurant and it was lovely. Huge portion of fish in the haddock dish but it was lovely.
The staff were very attentive and the decor inside was beautiful.
E. A.
Came here for Friday night dinner. The decor of the restaurant and hotel is really cool. The staff are friendly and welcoming. In fact the service was amazing. Unfortunately, the food was awful. We were worried when we saw how eclectic the menu was and we were right to be worried. The food was under seasoned
L.
This hotel is 'different'! The gentleman on reception was very efficient and pleasant. As a group of four we had two bedrooms - one was an upgrade quite nice with a stand alone bath in the bedroom. The other was ok nothing to write home about. The pictures on the walls are interesting (you wouldn't want your children seeing them!!!). There was a roof top bar - not as decadent as it sounds. In fact the price of drinks was definitely a put off! Anyway after visiting a show and a sleep we arrived at breakfast. There was only three tables of guests so it was quiet. It was a continental breakfast help
yourself - not at all bad. The service however was awful - after asking the waiter finally came to take our order for tea and coffee. A while later the drinks arrived minus milk - I went to find the waiter and asked for milk. Ten minutes later still no milk and the same waiter was clearing an empty table. By now cold coffee! - oh well, we stood up to leave when a lady waitress stopped and said you need to sign for breakfast (it was included, and we had given our room numbers on arrival). She said she would be right back - ten minutes later we are still waiting to'sign'! The whole breakfast experience was reminiscent of faulty towers. Quite an expensive hotel so
not sure I would go back.

I stayed here for an event which room place in the hotel over the weekend and absurdly loved it. I'm fascinated by skulls so was happy to spot the little blighters detailing the wallpaper, wall art and pieces decorating the hotel in a contemporary fashion. The roof garden bar was a lovely way to warm up our evening with a champagne reception and the humungous walk-in shower helped wash off the fabulous party we experienced in many of the rooms all over the hotel. We will booking again to stay in this luxurious place located in the heart of the City.

Awesome hotel. Nice staff, good room service. Great "rock and roll" decor through out the hotel. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Their is no such thing as a complimentary breakfast in Europe, you have to pay.
M. B.
Visited for our honeymoon, it was Absolutely amazing.Such a beautiful hotel. Room was clean and superbly decorated. Breakfast was delicious. The hot tub on the roof was fantastic. Staff were very helpful and friendly, couldn't ask for more.
J. T.
It's bizarre , a boutique hotel with the atmosphere locked into swinging seventies. Loads of Jimi Hendrix artworks and some golden oldies playing in the background. Room decor in suites also 'different' but comfortable. We hired the 5th floor rooftop bar for my retirement. It's a great venue and doesn't disappoint on the unusual decor. We pre-booked a package of drinks and food and the hotel service was excellent. They very quietly got on serving in the background while the guests had a wonderful time. The finger foods were tasty and fresh. All in all an excellent venue for a party of up to 60 people.
S. M.
Awesome spot, which makes up for the prices (nothing in London is really cheap). I get that they're going for a grunge rock vibe, but small rooms look even smaller if they're dark and they could use a little help on their approach to lighting. Our bathroom had some cool vintage style fittings, but there were (one example) little chips missing from the porcelain in the sink and toilet, which made it look dirty even though it was clean. But on the good side: a big, comfortable four poster bed, not as noisy as I was expecting at night, and helpful staff.
M. A.
The lounge on the rooftop does not hold to the reputation of the hotel itself. Staff was uninterested, drinks served in plastic cups and the atmosphere was 'calm'. Sure it gets better in the summer but still fails to match the standard of the inside bar and restaurant!
J. A.
Drinks in the bar were very pricey, nearly £20 for a double G&T! There was also a peculiar odour that lingered in the corridors. It was like some unholy mix of incense and fish. The maître d' was lovely though and very attentive when she greeted us at the bar. The place was also quite clean and well-decorated, despite the smell.
S. W.
This is a quirky hotel with interesting rooms. We had one of the loft rooms which was delightful. What let it down was the service which fluctuated between absent and surly. The best thing about the hotel is that it is right next door to Ottolenghi's Nopi which offers a superb dining experience in the basement next to the busy kitchens.
D. M.
This hotel is in the centre of town, has well proportioned rooms, is nicely decorated, has lovely staff and an incredibly soft mattress. I had a wonderful nights sleep and will certainly be back - for drinks in the rooftop terrace if not for an overnight sleep.
T. C.
This hotel is fantastic. We’ve stayed at The Sanctum Soho several times over the last few years and we’re always happy to return. The hotel is located in the heart of one of the London’s trendiest neighborhoods. Just steps away Regent Street, Carnaby Street and Piccadilly Circus the hotel offers easy access to entertainment, fantastic restaurants and shopping.
There is a restaurant located just off the lobby and a rooftop bar. The restaurant offers indoor and sidewalk seating. On nice days take advantage of the weather and the people watching. There are also Happy Hour promotions and hookahs available in the evenings. The overall atmosphere and decor celebrate the hotel’s rock and roll connections. The walls feature photos and autographs from some of rock’s biggest legends. Skip the elevator and take the stairs for a peek at the photographs lining the stairway! The rooftop bar offers signature cocktails, a fireplace and jacuzzi, available 24hours a day for hotel guests. The rooms are a comfortable size and suites are available if you need more space. Great amenities are also available, many upon request, including salon/spa services in your room.
The best part of the Sanctum Soho is the people. Sherene her team make it their mission to ensure an enjoyable experience.for their guests. If you have concerns during your stay let them know. They are never lacking a smile or desire to assist. This is what keeps us coming back.

ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT EXPERIENCE!!
Seriously the best hotel experience in London!! Amazing room, great food, great drinks (you HAVE to try the Sanctum Arrow cocktail it is SO NICE).
It really is a hidden treasure, I don't know if you can book dinner without staying at the hotel but you really should ring and ask, if local as you won't regret it. You honestly wouldn't expect a 5 star hotel to have such great restaurant prices.
The Sanctum is something that you need to experience.
Be sure to book directly with the hotel.
E. K.
Chic, hip and all that for sure! Travel all over the world and this recent, first time stay was marvelous! Just by chance on our part, the stay was kicked off by fashion week and an incredible party, and each day was a fine experience. Mark's a great host and the staff was friendly and always helpful. Great location too! We WILL be back!
V. B. W.
Great rooms and placement. Very central. The breakfast was really not worth the money. I was really dissapointed when I had to pay 50 £ to rent the room for 1,5 hour extra the day we checked out, because my daughter got sick with a fever, and could'nt stand to leave the bed before she absolutelig had to.
S. H.
Cool swanky venue, sadly I’d never eat here again, as the staff do not have a clue what gluten is. Everything speaks of elegance, beyond this.
The roof bar saved this from being a 1 star review.
H. F.
Cooles Hotel. The Karma Sanctum Soho Hotel has joined forces with Rock Cab Tours London's premier Rock & Roll tour guide company to bring you a unique Rock & Roll and gastronomic experience: a two hour tour of some of the most famous musical landmarks in history, followed by our Ace of Spades Afternoon Tea in the Wild Heart Bar & Grill.
S. M.
An amazing hotel. Our room was lovely and the staff cannot do enough for you. I want to go back!
M. D.
The best and best location you're in Soho a minute to Regent St.. And a few minutes to Oxford Street and just couple of walking to Piccadilly Street so it's excellent location.
surrounded by many restaurants, bars, shops and also Massage if you want its really nice location.
The room is big enough with window and safety box tbe bathroom is big enough with bathtub.
The decoration of the hotel is not modern its old style but its lovely the elevator is good and big enough.
Back to the design of Hotel is old British style.
Food is good and there's a bar on the 5th floor with smoking area and Jacuzzi and nice bar and restaurants in ground floor.
I like the hotel for not more than couples they will love it.
T. L.
Lovely relaxing place, nicely decorated with Jimmi Hendrix portraits, playing good music.
Friendly staff, great service and amazing deal with unlimited prosecco and delicious dinner. Would definitely come back!
B. R.
A pleasant and somewhat unique hotel, with more than a few links to the music industry. Little difference between so called crash pad rooms and more expensive ones. Hot tub on the roof can be fun
N. M.
Sadly not for us nice place but no tea coffee in your room and mini bar very expensive. A very small room called the crash pad wet room for a shower. Paid full price as it was my wife's birthday . Would we recommend no over priced and no cooked breakfast without paying .
M. A.
Location is fantastic in center if the center of every thing with supermarket close 20 sec walk and metro station just 3-4 min walk
Room is very small while I upgraded to superior room No place to put my bag
Bar on the roof is nice and the barman from Kosovo is very professional.
Would definitely back again to that small room :-)
M.
This is top class, great location, great staff, great atmosphere
C. B.
First night of a new menu and it wasn't anything to disappoint.
Amuse-bouches were a suprising treat whch went down very well (salmon & crab.. Done with a twist!)
Could not fault anything from start to finish (subject to the price of a double gin!!)
All food was cooked and presented very well, perfect timing throughout between courses and the staff were very attentive.
It is a pleasant atmosphere. Cosy booths, half decent lighting, good wine and seasonal food selections, and even better music!
It was a cosy Monday evening for this encounter with the Sanctum and everything was well.
No idea what the rooms are like as we decided to see what else the west end had to offer, and had other accommodation plans, but the Sanctum set it up nicely and am sure that if the accommodation is as good as the menu, that you shall surely be very content.
Got what I paid for, and were more than satisfied. Will surely pass through there again for another pleasant evening. We all left smiling, full and content.
Cheers to all, keep up the good work.
K. E.
The downstairs bar is very chic with great cocktails and a fancy atmosphere (and really comfy chairs!), and the rooftop is quite cozy with little couch areas (if you can find an open seat)
E. B.
Only been to the bar, I've not stayed in the hotel, but the bar is ok. The best thing about the bar is the staff, they're friendly and knowledgable, they have an interesting Nepalase beer that's worth trying.
The shorts are expensive, even for a hotel bar; at the prices they're charging for a standard gin you'd almost buy a bottle in an off-licence.
a. d.
24 hour bar and jacuzzi. The bar has great music on saturday afternoons along with a big party crowd. The bar almost always has someone hanging out, at all hours. This hotel has a lot of action in a hip neighborhood.
D. S. J.
After struggling to organise my 25th birthday party, Shaun the concierge manager took hold of the reigns and organised everything for me, he made everything so easy, Patrick the restaurant manager looked after us on the night and made it so, so special for me. I honestly cant recommend Sanctum highly enough, the food was beautiful & so were the surroundings, the team were incredible and I had one of the most memorable evenings of my life. Thank you! x
K. L.
Good vibes! Was here for screening on a movie by Culture Trip. Had a great time on the rooftop. Really yummy starters and easy going beers.
F. B.
Really interesting hotel, lots of character. Room very comfortable. Can be a bit noisy at night in a front-facing room. Would stay again!
D. D.
Rooftop bar makes memories.
Last time I was here I ended up getting into the hot tub in my jeans. Enough said.
The hotel is owned by Iron Maiden and is the only place in London where you can order a drum kit 24hours a day...
U. C.
Went here for a retirement drink and very nice it was too. As the chap going was providing the drinks, no idea what it cost but doubt in West End it is cheap, but you pay for what you get...
T. M. S.
We enjoyed the Lounge. Absolutely perfect for all 8 of us. Excellent service. Loved it, can't wait to go back again.
I. G.
Love it here.. rock and roll baby.. Hot tub.. taquilla.. stars. art..its a perfect escape for a naughty night.. Xx
R. R.
Charged for a bottle of wine and a chocolate bar on room service on our credit card which we didn’t use. Two weeks later and numerous emails later they are still investigating it. Poor poor service
K. W. C.
We actually booked this hotel through a lottery and boy did we win the lottery!!! Fantastic hospitality and service with personality galore. Highly recommend for the rooms and the location as well.
I. M.
Trendy Bohemian boutique hotel on the edge of Soho close to Regent St. Relaxed chilled raucous and outrageous all in one. Rockstar Fridays ....amazing dinner and unlimited cocktails
S. S.
Stayed here last year for girls shopping and theatre trip... location is perfect... Hotel was warm cosy and friendly, so we booked again this year, the staff were welcoming and helpful, our room was clean, warm, cosy and the bed was super comfy with the softest of sheets.. even had a complimentary glasses of champagne as one of our designated rooms had a late checking out guest.. great service.... love this little gem of a place...
J. D.
Good spot
D. F.
Fantastic venue for parties, especially the rooftop bar with the hot tub. Staff are super helpful and the ambiance is great.
L. B.
Great roof bar. Good service, not too pricey. They will uncover the Jacuzzi if you ask..

La creme de la creme of hotels. AMAZING location, and sheer classy rock and roll vibes. Sexy, sumptuous and sultry interior design. Just wonderful hotel.

Karma Sanctum Soho is a warm, friendly hotel where they treat you like family. Excellent central location. Awesome breakfast!
J. J. B.
Great food, everything made by hands, (that's why you need to wait to get your food), good quality of the food too, nice bed, rock-inspired enviroments, very good service, yes, we really enjoyed our stay!
J. S.
Very cute hotel perfectly located. Encountered a few issues, very late check in. Suite was a little worn. Could have been treated to a kick of paint.
J. H.
Mothers Day Afternoon Tea. Excellent gift from my daughter. What a lovely place. Very welcoming staff, polite.
m.
Awesomeness 👍 venue. I am having a masquerade ball tonight and the staff are brilliant and the organizers and management team are lively. See you soon xx
J. F.
Overall it was a great stay. Gets a minus one star because I don't like the showers in the crash pad. It's a wet room
M.
Very night hotel/restaurant in a great location just off Carnaby street. If you get to visit the upstairs roof terrace it's just wonderful.
N. R.
Rooms small but beds comfortable. Staff in the bar and restaurant not particularly friendly. Great location
J. T.
Expected better for a 5 star hotel. Staff were very nice though need to pay more attention at stocking up at breakfast.
J. J.
Good price, good food and lovely staff. The bar itself has a lovely charm you really can't go wrong when coming here.
K. L.
Great place to watch the people walking past....
D. D.
Party like a rock star. This is the hotel for excess with a hot tub on the roof this is the place to be. It's awesome. For rockers!🤘
D. K.
Excellent staff who all deserve a raise. Everyone is attentive and professional.
Art on walls is creative and nostalgic. Like touring a museum.
N. P.
Love this hotel, gorgeous suite, great location and 24 hr rooftop bar, what's not to like!
A. K.
It's a nice place, has a fake rooftop bar in that you can't see anything from it, so you might as well be on the street, ok cocktails but decent service
M. W.
Superb high end hotel. Wonderfully appointed rooms super comfortable and quiet. Food excellent and cheap for the level of hotel you are in.
K. S.
We went for a Gent's afternoon high tea. Everything was lovely, nice atmosphere and helpful staff, I just unfortunately didn't think it was worth what we paid.
C. H.
Drinks were very expensive, £15 for a G&T! Wasn't much bar space either. But an okay place for a small gathering.
G. C.
The hotel is very strangely decorated, they are going for a rock n roll theme but it feels like they've ended up with a bad 90's porno/eurotrash.
T. R.
Super helpful and friendly staff. The room I had was amazing. One of the lights went out and they fixed it within 10 mins.
S.
For shopping and night life the location was perfect walking distance to most places
Room was very nice and clean even had a towel change within hours of using them
Highly recommend this hotel will visit again
U. E. P.
Have been staying and drinking coffees in their bars Quite often and it's just a good hideout with lovely service and amazing decor.
A. O.
Good place to meet up or Networking. The space can just about hold about 50 people comfortably and the atmosphere was buzzing.
M. F.
Very nice hotel! Comfortable and quiet. Good personnel. Breakfast was also very good.
p. h.
Great rock memorabilia and friendly staff. Gin an tonics are at central London prices, which could be a shock to some
R. A.
Awesome hideaway on the top of a hotel. Have an espresso martini, jump in the hot tub ... And enjoy the open doors. :)
D. N.
Great decor and friendly staff. Food was good, bottomless prosecco was constantly kept topped up.
B. P.

(Translated) The hotel is in a great location in the middle of Soho and is in a quiet side street. The window was double glazed so that the noise really stays outside.
The room was small, the bathroom was relatively spacious and had a comfortable bathtub.
The staff was always super friendly to help.
Breakfast was very expensive so we decided to try other options in the area. There are so many great cafes in Soho, why give away € 20 or more per person for breakfast at the hotel? After all, you want to discover the city🙃
The rooms and the whole hotel are very dark, which is due to the rock'n'roll glamor look and which fits perfectly. Unfortunately, the cleanliness falls by the wayside, which is a shame. In a hotel in this price range, I expect less dust and bugs. But you don't have to turn on the light 🤗 it was always squeaky clean in the bright bathroom. Thank you for the pleasant stay!
(Original)
Man will ja schließlich die Stadt entdecken🙃

(Translated) A really nice rock and roll style hotel with lots of interesting pictures and very nice decor. We stayed in a room on the fourth floor and didn't notice the noise of the street on the weekend either, everything was super quiet!
The bathtub in our room was a real highlight and the bar was lovely too. The front desk staff is incredibly friendly and very helpful!
Breakfast was also very tasty and varied for London standards. You don't really have to say anything about the location of the hotel - just great!
I can only recommend it!

(Translated) Top location. Quiet in a side street and shopping and bars just a few meters away. The room was small, but very nice bathroom, nice little roof terrace with bar and friendly service. The breakfast offers fresh fruit every day. London-Typically expensive, but good

Topp Lage.

(Translated) It is clean, the treatment is pleasant, a rocky atmosphere and it is well located, although at night they play loud music on the roof (I went with my one-year-old son) and the food is very expensive for a small amount.
