The fuse board in our flat needed to be replaced entirely and KCS were super efficient. They were flexible to accommodate our schedules - given we are all working from home at the moment, being without electricity for an extended period of time during the work day was not possible. We were given a few options for weekend work. They arrived on time and informed me that we would be without electricity for approximately 2 hours. I assumed this would take much more time but within two hours the power was back and they were pretty much packing up. Overall a good experience.

I have very expensive laminated flooring , Underfloor Insulation uplift floor boards and fix back very professionally . Did insulation on Ground floor area very professionally . Krypton Carbon Saviour came out to assess my house for underfloor insulation. They were very quick to respond to my initial enquiry and following the assessment were completely honest with me that installing the insulation would risk the ventilation of the house, as the space beneath the floor was too shallow, and that they wouldn't recommend it. I really appreciated the professionalism, especially when it meant that they would lose out on work.

Recently I was looking for team of some professional people who can replace my old boiler and also insulate my under Floor. However the problem was that I was worried that my expensive floor would be damaged. I reached out to two other boiling teams before krypton carbon who told me that they would be unable to replace my boiler and insulate my under floor without the risk of damaging my 3000 pound floor. That is when my neighbour referred me to the krypton carbon saviour team. He was very pleased with there work and there speed and efficiency and recommended them to me. I reached out to the krypton carbon team who were a group of professionals who came to my house to replace my boiler and insulate my under floor. After inspecting my boiler and the pipes they noticed that my pipes would have to be replaced with 22m ones. Mr mehboob reassured me that they would be able to replace my pipes and uplift my floor and insulate under. And they did just that. They took off my expensive 3000 pound floor and replaced the pipes and the boiler and then put the floor back in place without damage. I did not see a single scratch. Mr mehboob and his group of professionals done an absolutely brilliant and astonishing job on replacing my boiler and the under floor insulation. I would without a doubt recommend the krypton carbon saviour team to anyone who would like to replace their boiler and have an under floor insulation. I 100 percent guarantee that the krypton carbon saviour team will not even get a single scratch on your floor when doing the under floor. If you are worried of damaging your floor i assure you that that the krypton carbon team are extremely careful and professional. Once again Mr mehboob and the other members of the team thank you for your brilliant work replacing my boiler and on the under floor insulation.

I was worried my newly laid flooring would get damaged when installing the underfloor insulation but they were very careful when taking off the skirting boards/flooring and once complete they placed it all back as it was before with no damage. Came inspected our existing boiler and provided details of how the insulation would be laid out under the floor as well as what boiler I would get. I was concerned about our wood flooring as that needed to be taken off in order for the guy to put the underfloor insulation but I must say the guys did a good job in putting the flooring back and you cannot tell if it was removed. arrived promptly and aways available via a phone call if any issues.

We were really happy with Krypton Carbon Saviour and would rate them 5 out of 5. Before even starting, Mr Mehboob came to visit and explained everything in detail and few days later confirmed exact date and time and his team was very efficient. For the under floor insulation, it seemed like a difficult job considering we had laminated flooring and all furniture in the room(s) but his team managed to sort it out easily. Mehboob and his team did a very professional underfloor insulation and put back everything properly and even cleaned up after them. Mr Mehboob (also a full Gas Safe Engineer) recommended us boiler according our property size and installed by very professional Gas safe Engineer team and we have been really happy with it all.

I contacted Mr Mehboob Elahi from Krypto carbon saviour in regards to having a new boiler and insulation fitted under the ECO grant scheme for my elderly mother. Mr Elahi came to visit the property and noticed the property only has 1 air vent at the front of the house. Without wasting mine or his time he stated insulation would not be suitable as the house will not be able to breathe due to non existent of an external vent at the back of the house. Consequences will be if the insulation was placed house will suffer from condensation and smell. We previously called another guy out from a different company who was ready to do the job. But as always for reassurance I like to get a second opinion. Glad I did!!! Thanks to Mr Elahi for his professionalism and honesty he has saved my mums house from lasting damage and what could been a very costly bill to repair. Keep up the good work Krypto. Honesty goes a long way.

I was looking for team of some professional people who can replace my old boiler and also insulate my under Floor insulation through ECO3 scheme. I have started searching and reached to Krypton Carbon Team through my friend, he recommend me they guys are professional and can fixed your Measures. I called them, Mr Mehboob , set appointment with me same day and do survey of my house and check my installed boiler and cellar. Boiler was easy to fix but cellar was tricky part. There was no access from cellar to insulate my living room area . They are Team of very professional people; they not only uplift my Darling carpet but also insulate my floor very professionally, Whole process from survey to insulation and replacing of boiler was only 03 to 04 days job. After Under Floor insulation his team fix my carpet as same , was before . In cellar walking area they fixed fire rated plaster board I am very much Thankful to Krypton Carbon Saviour and whole team the way they handle this, I am really grateful to them. I recommend it to my other friends and colleagues as well.
