I used London and Surrey Gas Services to install my new boiler, from the first moment I made contact to when the work was completed I found them professional, knowledgeable and efficient. My boiler was installed with no fuss, the installers arrived on time, were courteous and polite and did a good clean job. I will continue to use London and Surrey Gas Services to service my boiler and certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

I had to call an engineer out on Friday afternoon just before the bank holiday weekend to look at my boiler which had stopped working, giving me no hot water. When the engineer arrived I was advised that the boiler needed a part. I thought I would then have to wait until Tuesday to get the boiler fixed and casually mentioned that I had family coming over from Ireland to stay for the weekend. The engineer then said to me that if I was around for a while that he could go and get the part and fix the boiler there and then. I obviously said that I could be so he went off and got the part, came back and fixed the boiler for me. He eventually finished the job for me later that afternoon and I had a working boiler for my family over the weekend, and all for a very reasonable price. I couldn't be happier. A job well done, and a very satisfied customer.. Highly recommended. Thank you very much.

Top level service. Our boiler broke down & they managed to have an engineer out to us within a few hours to take a look. Needed a part ordered, so popped back within 24 hours to fix it and also fitted a thermostat. Great communication, helpful engineers and reasonable prices. Would recommend these guys if you're anywhere in the Wimbledon and wider south west London area.
