Our very old back boiler and immersion tank sprang a leak on us over a weekend. This company came out and were quick to resolve. Due to the age of the system (nearly 40 years!) we asked them if they could replace it all with a new system. Within three to four days we had a modern combi boiler installed with no fuss or bother. But this is not the end of the story! A couple of days later, late into a Saturday evening, we found a leak (component failure not install) on some of the new pipework. Within thirty minutes of making a phone call to them they were out, leak was fixed again with no fuss or bother. We highly recommend this company and their staff

I was in desperate need of a plumber when water started coming through the ceiling. Kieran from Robinson Plumbing and Heating arrived quickly and did everything he could to stop the water. Unfortunately Southern Water were not so quick but he worked around them fixing the leak and minimising the damage to my home. There were unforeseen problems when the water was allowed back into the heating system and these were soon rectified. I would wholeheartedly recommend Robinsons for their polite, efficient and good value approach to my problems.
